The teams have been thoughtful, careful, professional and thorough in their work. The concept of rotating areas of focused attention from visit to visit has worked particularly well in our situation. When scheduling changes have been needed, the office has been accommodating and helpful. The onsite teams have been considerate and friendly while working efficiently to clean our home.

Mike McManus runs a great operation. His staff is friendly and dependable. He goes the extra mile to improve customer experience -- easy rescheduling on occasion, extra tasks completed cheerfully, broken items (ordinary accidents) quickly replaced. We would highly recommend TCA-Rochester, especially since he has a fair price (but dont think this is a good reason to raise rates Mike!!)
