There are 3 houses on our property and we were excited to find Molly Maids to come and clean for us. We got a very reasonable quote and were treated politely, however none of the 3 houses were clean after the first visit. The only reason I would consider giving a second star is because the manager was nice and gave us a good price and the maids left a personalized note on the kitchen table. I left a note of a specific cleaner to use on my hardwood floors, but they still had dirt and drip marks on them. it was evident they didnt mop at all, nonetheless use the cleaner I asked them too. There were several dust bunnies under every piece of furniture in my house. They didnt even touch my laundry room at all, and didnt even mop or wipe the tile floors in my bathroom. The bed looked like a toddler made it. Both the other houses had similar experiences. All 3 houses were supposed to have a "deep clean." Well, if that is what Molly Maids considers a deep clean I wouldnt want to pay them for a routine cleaning!!! After complaining we got an apology and offer to come back and redo, but we did not trust them to come back and clean for us again. First impressions are huge, and this one left a huge one of disappointment for me and my family. Now we are stuck paying a bill and have to spend hours of our own time re-cleaning right before the holidays.

In 22 years my wife and I have never had our House professionally cleaned and I chose Molly Maids based on their reputation to have it done for the first time. Natalie and Joanna were knowledgeable and detail oriented. Natalie even suggested a floor polisher for our hard wood floors to make them look better which I went to the store while they were here and THEY put on that afternoon. The floor havent looked this shiny in 10 years. They did a very cute job on the kids beds with all their blankets and stuffed animals, glad I didnt have any laying around in my room as it was just too damn cute and the kids loved seeing their beds all made up. I had very high expectations going into this as it was a gift to my wife. After a few days we saw a few very little things missed or not quite complete but I didnt expect perfection the first time through after 22 years of getting the house to the shape it was in. We WILL be using them again after the madness of the Holidays. A special shout out to John in the Office and Natalie the team lead as they were easy to talk to and patient listening to a man who had no idea what he was getting into, you two were AWESOME! THANK YOU!!!! My mother in law has a house cleaner bi-weekly and she doesnt come close to this team. Great job Molly Maids. Happy Holidays and See you in 2017!!! Scott and Kathleen

We used Molly Maids to vacuum and dust our home prior to having painters come in. We had informed the office once the painters were done we would like to have them return to do a thorough cleaning. We were very disappointed when going by the house and witnessed one of the girls sitting in the car on her phone for approximately 30 minutes. After expressing our disappointment we were told there would be a slight credit should we give them the opportunity to come and clean once the house was painted and carpet installed. We agreed to have them come in and clean the bathrooms and kitchen. Much to our disappointment the one maid spent 4 hours in our small townhouse kitchen, the following items were never touched: cabinet doors top of fridge and doors door gaskets top of backsplash (I honestly am not sure the counters were wiped) kitchen floor not touched ( dirt and spills never touched) I asked about the stovetop and was told that was the best she could do, I took a Brillo pad and it cleaned up nicely.

Very disappointed. When I saw the 5 star ratings on this site, I decided to give Molly Maids a try. I scheduled an afternoon cleaning & was told they would show up some time after 12. They finally showed up at 3:00. I was told it would probably take 2-4 hrs. for the 2 cleaning women (my previous cleaning person cleaned my entire house - 4 bedrooms - by herself in 4 hrs. and did a great job). So, I figured with 2 women cleaning the first floor & only ONE bedroom, they should be done in 2 hrs. Three hours later, they still werent finished. Finally at 6:00, I told them that was enough. I would finish the rest myself (was already paying WAY too much). They just worked very slowly. Did a good job dusting & on kitchen.

I will never use Molly Maid again and will tell everyone I know not to use them. As much as they wanted to tell me this was a unique circumstance because one of the cleaners was new, they should have never sent an untrained cleaner who did a horrible job while the other one had to redo everything after her. Which meant they were at my house for 6 hrs! and I still found my house to be at a mediocre cleanliness. It was especially not $300 clean! I feel like an idiot for agreeing to pay so much and then not even have an immaculately clean house. NEVER AGAIN.

I hired Molly maids to complete a move-in service cleaning for a new home. Upon a detailed inspection, some main areas of the house were left undusted and there were cobwebs/spiders in corners, amongst other things. I was definitely disappointed by the lack of thoroughness of the clean, especially for the amount of time and money. Since I did not do the walkthrough until 2 days after the clean (as opposed to within 24 hours), the 24 hour guarantee by the company did not apply. I will not be hiring them again.

I just received a wonderful cleaning with Natalie and Johana of Molly Maids of Frederick. I hope to have them return every time to perform our monthly home cleaning. They were efficient, courteous, and detail oriented. They also took all my particular requests into consideration to provide the perfect service. The administrators, John and Kyle, provide top notch customer service with reasonable rates. Thumbs up!

I recently moved to this area I had a great experience with there Prince William County/Loudon County Division. Frederick Molly Maid was very unprofessional and over charged me for the time spent at my residence. I then attempted to contact the corporate office to file a complaint and never received a response. I am certainly looking for a reputable cleaning service in Frederick Maryland.

We were very pleased. It was a one-time cleaning to get our deceased mothers house ready to sell. Molly Maid was very flexible when we had to change the date. They came late in the afternoon, but stayed until the job was done. The ladies did a very thorough job and were very nice to work with. The office staff was very cordial, too. We would recommend Molly Maid to everyone.

This was my first experience with Molly Maids. It was the best decision I ever made I owe them a debt of gratitude as I suffer with Fibromyalgia and am not able to do this kind of house work.
