HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I requested a move out cleaning for June over 1 week ago and was told headquarters would have to contact me to do so and would in 24 - 48 business hours. Of course they didnt follow up so I called back again and requested to schedule my move-out cleaning for June. The agent assured me that someone would CALL to schedule the cleaning. 10 minutes later I get a text - " The Cleaning Authority: no openings to schedule your cleaning. We are already booked for the rest of this month. Thank you" #1. We are in the month of May. #2 I wanted this to be scheduled for June. #3. Why are you texting and not calling me? I have NEVER gotten a text message as a follow up to schedule services. My move out cleaning would have been a trial run as I was hoping to hire The Cleaning Authority based on all of the great reviews. That text message was enough to tell me to walk away. If youre big on Customer Service - dont get involved with this "company".

Your company came very highly recommended to me by my sister. She has used your company for over 16 years both in MD and now in Florida. Now, I now know what she has be talking about for all these years. I would like to personally thank Johana and Vannesa (team 12) for their amazing work and attention to detail! I am confident more to follow. I am very grateful for all of their efforts today and would welcome these ladies in our home again. You are also lucky to have such hard working employees working for you. They are an asset. Everything is sparkling and it would be hard for me to find fault with anything. My only regret is that I didn’t start sooner. the second visit the Johana and Vannesa made was also Outstanding!

I have been using your cleaning services for several years and have been remiss about writing a review. Several of your teams have done a really good job, but Im addressing my most recent cleaning. Team #9, Ana and Magda, did a superb job. Not a detail was overlooked, and I always review everyones work after they leave. They took their time rather than rush through and left my home sparkling clean! They even cleaned every wall light switch which tend to be overlooked. Its the little details that made their work special, and Id like to thank them and The Cleaning Authority.

We have had TCA for about three years now and theyve always done a great job. Its wonderful to have that "clean smell" when we walk in the door and know that everything has been dusted, mopped and shined. Their cost is very reasonable and it frees up our weekends. Before TCA we used to have to spend 3 to 4 hours of our weekend cleaning the house. Not exactly something to look forward to after a long week at work! In summary, theyre great and were very happy with them!

Weve been using the Cleaning Authority for years and Ive been quite happy with the quality of their work. We used another company at first, but they cleaned with such haste that they broke our door jamb with the vacuum cleaner. I was nervous that every cleaning company would be that careless, but the lovely ladies of the Cleaning Authority have always been very professional and have treated my home with great care.

The first two visits made by cleaning authority were exceptional. However, the past two times they have come, the hard floors have not been cleaned properly and upon their last visit, they left an 8 inch gouge on the wood floors. This is very upsetting and disappointing. They are great with carpets, but if you have hard wood floors- DONT HIRE THEM!!

I do work out of my house and they are also great allowing me to work while I am home and staying in my office as much as possible. They are also great with the dog who is quite kind but still as a larger dog could seem a little bit intimidating.
