I used small single-person cleaning companies for 15 years, and resisted transitioning to a big company because I like the personal touch and personal relationships with a single-person company. About 6 months ago, I decided to try MaidPro, based on the recommendation of a neighbor, who has used them for years. I have been very happy with the service, and surprised at how personal it is. Every week the day after my cleaning, I receive a call from the office asking me how everything was (usually, its the same person who calls me, so weve gotten to know one another). After a few visits from various cleaners, each of whom did a great job, I asked to have Doris come every week. Doris does a great job, pays attention to detail, is timely, responsible, and trustworthy. I have never been displeased, and find it such a wonderful feeling to come home after shes been at the house, because I know it will look great, smell good, and feel fresh. I have two children and an incredibly active household, and both my husband and I work full-time, but I have exacting standards, so having someone who is dependable, trustworthy, and does a great job is an absolute must! Doris and MaidPro have done a great job, and I would definitely recommend both.

Jennifer gets 2 stars because at least she was good at returning calls and requests. However a small assumption by the cleaner turned into a huge deal, causing my husband and me a huge amount of stress and frustration. A situation was immaturely handled, and a cleaning crew refused to complete the job. Instead of rectifying the situation by clarifying expectations, educating the cleaner, and rescheduling the job she did nothing to resolve to anyones satisfaction. Now we have to find someone reliable in a very short time...more stress, more money. ****A cleaning service should make expectations clear. If you are unwilling to pick up trash from a move during a move out clean (for a few hundred bucks) then state that when scheduling the service or clarify when you see the issue. Do not cancel the clean under false pretenses then casually mention it later after falsely accusing us of having a pest infestation.

Several months ago I decided to use a maid service to thoroughly clean the house we had been renting after our move. MaidPro exceeded my expectations and made what has always been a terrible part of moving for me a much better experience. My wife and I decided that in order to maintain the level of cleanliness that we wanted in our new home, we would be wise to hire them to perform regular cleaning for us. Over the last six months they have sent several people to our home and we have greatly enjoyed the convenience and the work performed. Any time we have had any questions or concerns, MaidPro has responded in a positive manner and addressed all of our concerns. I can without any reservations highly recommend their services to anyone. They not only perform excellent work, but they operate like a company that cares about their customers and is willing to do whatever they can to keep your business and make you happy.

The cleaning is sub par for what you pay. They dont vacuum under anything just around it. And you never know when they are going to show up. Sometimes it will be early sometimes very late. We had an issue where we had set a glue trap to catch a mouse. It was on the trap when they arrived but instead of letting the property Maitenence remove it for them they called to tell me my home was "infested with rodents" remind you it was one little mouse!!! And they called to tell me they left and didnt clean but would still be charging me!! I obviously cancelled my contract. I verified with my property and they would have taken care of the little mouse but they didnt bother to say a word when they returned the key for my home to the office. Just wanted a free paid day of work.

Doris is my favorite. In the past I have had a few providers before that I was very fond of. Yet Doris absolutely took my house to the next level. Her attention to detail and bubbly upbeat personality makes her stand out from the rest . She remembers all my quirks that I love being done and has unique twist of making things creative in each room. I come home to little fans, Swans ,and arranged random things in cute organized ways. She is never late and always happy. Not only do I trust her Im my home, but shes defiantly the reason Im a returning customer every week. So your much appreciated Doris thanks for everything! ❤️

I was just on the phone with the office manager, Tami, trying to workout an issue and she not only refused to address the issue but hung up on me. The office has serious communication and customer service issues. I have been working with this company for almost two years and have been very happy, but in the past month they have engaged in some very deceptive business practices. The promise that they will send someone to correct a poor clean is a lie. They did not send someone out, refused to address the issue when I called, and kept all my money. They used to be a good reputable company, but not anymore.

Most of the great things have already been said. The key to what makes Tameka special, is the way she treats my dog Roscoe, and the care she takes and how honest she is when something does break because were all human. I have referred her multiple times she has done such a fantastic job I cannot say enough about her. I would strongly recommend her to anybody. Unless you dont like that person, because their house would be very clean by an honest person at a fair price.

We have been so happy with our service from Maidpro. Being a busy mom, nothing is better than having a company you trust to clean your home. They are flexible with scheduling changes, and they are always receptive to our comments. My husband says hiring Maidpro has been one of the best decisions we have made since having our son. We have been particularly impressed with the quality of work from Debbie, who also happens to be wonderful with our dog, Hattie.

My mom and I have been using this service for a year since my dad has been sick. The last service we had the cleaning lady stole the money in the house. The owner was nice enough to refund the money that was taken, but still charged us for the service. My husband was very annoyed that we were charged for the service after stuff was taken from our home. At least a new cleaning could have been offered or a refund. Due to this another service will be used.

I am very happy with the service the Maidpro has been providing for me for the past three years. They take the time to do a thorough job rather than just rushing through with a vacuum cleaner and a dust mop. Lately my home has been cared for by Shelby, who has done such a wonderful job I have asked them to send her regularly. She is very thorough and careful to attend to little details, which taken all together really make my home shine.
