This wasnt a good experience for me. Probably the worst cleaning service Ive had so far. I needed to call 3 times to the main scheduling line to get a call back from the local office. The general manager, Jennifer, who did my walk-through was very professional, and I was hopeful of a positive experience moving forward. However, the cleaners, Thalia and Keyli did not do a satisfactory job. I had requested a move-out cleaning done, and the landlord was not happy with the stains left on stove top which I went back and cleaned myself (The pics are of after they were done vs. after I cleaned it myself). The stove top was specifically mentioned in the notes as well during walk-through as needing deep cleaning. There were black handprints on the doors, bathroom drawers were not wiped down, bathroom counter still had toothpaste stain, soap scum was in the bottom of the bathtub, and the built-in mud room bench still had dirt on it and was clearly not wiped down. I am very disappointed in their service especially since they took 30 extra minutes than what was estimated; I expected at the very least that it would be cleaned better .

If it werent for Elsy and Melva I dont know where I would Be! Elsy has been with me from day one and I called Jennifer and told her to PLEASE keep Elsy as my team. Jennifer promised, and I haver NEVER had to call her with a complaint. Melva joined Easy, maybe a year ago, and I refer to them as the Dynamic duo. I know that I can trust these two with my home, and from time to time ask a little extra , say no more its done. As my husband and I have said, we are the last clean of the day, and they take the time just as with any other home. It may be 6:00 when they are done, and its as if we were first. Not to many people do that these days. Let me also say, they do an AWESOME job.

We have been using the Cleaning Authority for three years. We were looking for a company that brings their own supplies that are environmental/people/pets friendly, are insured, allowed for easy electronic payments, and wouldnt cancel on us. The Cleaning Authority checks all those boxes! We have had nothing but excellent cleaning from Nora and Gloribel over the years and caring response from the office. I highly recommend them!

The Cleaning Authority takes the headache out of managing an independent cleaner, at a price that is highly competitive. My house feels amazing after a good clean. Cleaning Team 3, Laura and Maxi, always do a good job of addressing my requests (like extra attention paid to the shower). While they tend to use green cleaners, they are always willing to use my bottle of Clorox when its needed!

Have used The Cleaning Authority for the past 3 years or so and obviously like them (since I continue to utilize their services). While the team that cleans my house varies sometimes, my overall satisfaction is very good. Today, Cecy and Lourdes, one of the usual teams that clean my house , did an EXCELLENT job once again.! Hats off to Cecy and Lourdes for their dedication and competence!

I would highly recommend AGAINST using the Cleaning Authority. The cleaning was not only sub-par, but the cleaners broke many things in my house including decorative pieces and furniture. A majority of the items they broke were not mentioned by them; I had to discover these things myself. A very negligent staff who provides services that are not worth your hard earned money.

Was excited to have The Cleaning Authority come to our house for a consultation, but they didnt arrive at the scheduled time. They then asked to come later in the day and still didnt arrive after we confirmed that the new scheduled time was ok. Does anyone have a suggestion on a different company to use?

We were using them for about 5 months, and stopped during summer. When we called to start again, they called back after 2 days and increase our rate. When I complained to the manager, Jennifer, she simply said that this is not going to work and hung up on me. Dont use them. The arrogance is unbelievable.

Team 19 is absolutely fabulous! They do a fantastic job every time they come! My hardwood floors look fantastic, my kitchen and baths are spotless, and they do lots of little things that make the house just shine. This has got to be the best team in RDU!!! Love them!

Very happy with TCA. I am a mom with a toddler and another one on the way very soon. They worked very hard while here and left the house looking great. I tend to be picky but was very happy, especially with the bathrooms and the mopped floors.
