I called Neighborhood Cleaning Services because of all the excellent reviews I saw on Google. They not only lived up to my expectations - they exceeded them! Professional, thorough, excellent attention to detail & reasonably priced. I am so impressed by the work these gentlemen did & the products they used. I cant speak highly enough of their service & have absolutely no hesitation recommending them! Thank you for the incredible work you did on our carpets. The transformation is nothing short of miraculous, especially considering the fact we are a family of 6 with 4 young kids and a large dog! We look forward to seeing you again next week when we are ready to have the master suite cleaned! For those of you who are pet owners and worried about pet stains...Neighborhood Cleaning Services was able to remove all of the pet stains we had from our late dog. She became incontinent at the end of her life and the majority of her accidents were on the landing - as you can see in the photos, they are gone! They saved our carpets from needing to be replaced. I am thoroughly impressed! If youre on the fence about having your carpets cleaned, get off of it & call Neighborhood Cleaning Services right away!!! You will not be disappointed!!!

Henry really does his job. Very responsible, professional, kind and nice. Its the third time that I do carpet cleaning and the previous two were a lot more expensive(I paid more than $200 for a studio!) but this time with Henry I spent a lot less for a one bedroom apartment. Not only the price, the work was also so great. Im so happy that my carpet is super clean now!

This company is incredibly professional! Henry came in and did great, timely work - all the while being quite personable and affordable. We have an impossible stain of unknown origin and Henry made it almost non-existent. He knows a good deal about rugs and was incredibly helpful. They also do upholstery cleaning.
