WORST CLEANING EVER! DISHONEST OWNER AND MAIDS! I called them to clean my townhouse before my tenants moving in. The house was vacant, so it needed some cleaning from dusting. I spoke with Burak Kanig a few times, he gave me a quote of $80/hour for 2 maids, and said my townhouse will take about 2 hours. So I told him I dont want to do the hourly rate, so Ill give them $200 for the cleaning. Once they got to the house, my tenant calls saying the maids are complaining that there are 3 1/2 bathrooms and Burak calls me saying that he didnt quote me for the bathrooms. How do you have a cleaning company and not consider bathrooms with the house?? So he said that the maids have been there for an hour and half cleaning already, and I told them no, they just got there! And then he changed his word saying "oh, sorry I was thinking of another property- actually they left here at 9, so took them an hour to get there, so theyre on the clock" I didnt know I had to pay for their commute as well. So he finally agreed that hell have the maids clean the house, with the bathrooms for $200. My tenant said that the maids when they found out theyre not getting paid hourly, they just didnt clean much. My tenant was helping them clean to get it out of the way. Once I went to the house, the house still was dusty and wood floor wasnt even cleaned. Im not even sure what they cleaned, it looked the same as before! I called Burak Kanig and told him, after going back and forth for 2 weeks, he finally said that "The workload is TREMENDOUSLY well over $200 worth. Your client was extremely picky and was watching the girls work very hard all throughout the day" And he said he can refund me $100 since half the work is completed, but Ill get getting $10 a month. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS WORKS LIKE THIS?! I told him he can keep his $100, since they need it more. In conclusion, I had more of a headache and wasted my time dealing with this company. DO NOT USE THEM. I had his texts saved, so he cant lie about it. VERY SHADY PERSON TO DEAL WITH.

My carpets looked like they had to be replaced, the crew did a SUPERB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! job. It looks, smells, and feels clean like new. 5 Star Experience For Sure. A little pricey, but DEFINETLY worth it
