The Cleaning Authority has been dependable and professional and comprehensive. The women who have come are prompt and courteous. Our home is cleaned more thoroughly than I could do and the attention to detail is consistent. Our counters and sinks and bathrooms shine; our baseboards and woodwork are attended to regularly. We have different women each cleaning period, and I probably shouldnt give names so initials of J and M deserve extra credit for their care in the handling and cleaning of blinds which we have in 7 rooms no less. We feel safe too having employees in our home if we cannot be there the whole time.

We were with The Cleaning Authority for nearly a year and initially we were extremely pleased and even recommended friends however over time the quality suffered and I believe due in part to irregular teams cleaning my home. I requested the same team but couldnt be guaranteed it and we could definately tell in the results when there was a change. Things began to be overlooked, items broken and not reported to us and the quality just plain suffered. After months of complaining and no resolution we reluctantly had to cancel our contract. What a disappointment!

I have been using The Cleaning Authority for a couple of months now and absolutely adore them. I love how they have my CC on file so I never have to worry about leaving a check out on the days they come. All the staff has been very pleasant and are even friendly to my small kids. I also love the detail cleaning rotation cycle. I have 4 kids 5 and under and thanks the TCA, Im always getting complimented on my clean home. :)

We called for move out cleaning services and our lady did a fantastic job. She was quick and very efficent. She was also very nice. Were considering keeping her on for monthly rotations. She made my life sooo much easier.
