I go to Mission BBQ a lot. I love the military atmosphere, but my friend brought in a Hogzilla from this place and I had to try it. This place does not disappoint. The restaurant is clean, bathrooms were nice, had subtle little unique accents. Over all a nice place to be. My only critique is that the customer service is slightly less than satisfying. I asked if they were out of anything (which usually isnt uncommon at a highly rated BBQ joint) and one of the associates seemed to take offense. They were prepping for a 1500+ person event the next day so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. To make a long story short. Get a Hogzilla and prepare for a food baby.

Where do we begin... From the time that weve met Mike, it was a pleasant and professional experience all the way. We have ordered BBQ, brisket, ribs and chicken, plus sides for our July 4th party, and everything was out of this world! Not to mention, he included buns, plates, utensils, napkins, etc so we didnt have to worry about one thing. Our guests kept coming back for "seconds", so it was a good thing that we have ordered extras of everything. Thank you so much Mike and the team, you guys are amazing! The people are very easy to work with. I planned a birthday party for my supervisor and 25+ co-workers in February. I constantly worried over making sure I had enough food for everyone with my limited budget. They literally sat down with me and went over all of my options of how I could set my menu up to serve everyone. EVERYTHING turned out better than I expected and everyone was happy with the buffet menu. I need to call them now for another event!

Ive been eating here ever since they opened when they offered their delicious food to those who couldnt experience it via catering. Now that theyve expanded I can say that the quality remains very high and the food is just as if not morendelicious, but now I have a nice place to sit down and enjoy my meal as they have expanded to the building next door. If you havent been, what are you waiting for? Best BBQ in town hands down.

Stop by to check it out wanted something different. From the moment I entered to the time I left I was pleased. Nice and clean, with friendly and helpful customer service. I order a sample of the Bar B que and ribs. Each item was pleasing. Good sizing too only was able to eat 1/2 my bar b que sandwich. Will be visiting again.

Holy crap, I just stopped in to this little whole in wall BBQ joint. Only to find Hogzilla, hands down the best pulled pork, brisket, and bacon monstrosity I have ever had! Where has this place been my whole life, I now need a nap.

The customer service here is impeccable! All of the food is superb and the attitudes of the people working the place are second to none. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the mood for Real BBQ. Also, their prices are fair.

Mike has the best BBQ around, hands down. Im from SC and have been living here in VA since 2005. I didnt think there was a place here I could get good BBQ until I was given his. Its almost like going back home. Thank you!!!

Absolutely fantastic place to eat, ribs a really good. Do yourself a favor and get the Hogzilla sandwich. I would have posted a pic, but after one bite of this massive mound of pork, I couldnt think about anything else

It was not the worst BBQ ever, but we will not go back. We got ribs, pulled pork sandwich, slaw, and collards. The collards, spicy vinegar sauce, and the service were great! The ribs were dry.
