Food and play area was fine. My son hit his head on the trash can and while surrounded by 4+ chick fil-a employees on their break none of them looked up to help or see if he was ok. The manager heard the crying and came out to offer help and ice pack. The lack of caring on the employees part was a big turn off here. The manager was very nice and helpful.

Got to the drive thru two minutes after the breakfast buzzer and they would not serve my car a chicken biscuit. When I worked there in the early 2000s this never would have happened. Thus, we are eating breakfast at McDonalds that serves even its non-all day items till 11:30. So much for Chick Fil A being exceptional. Thanks, Abby!

I ordered a Frosted Strawberry drink and while I was drinking, I sucked up something hard. I spit it out to see what it was. It appeared to be a broken fingernail. This is one of the worst thing I have experienced at this restaurant.

Expect long lines for the drive thru. I live around the block, and this place is always busy. They move fast, but always expect a line, sometimes even at 8 PM. Service is always good, and Ive never had a problem with my order.

Usually crowded at lunch as youd expect for Chick-fil-A, the play place is outdoors, so not as usable on some weather extreme days. But it is Chick-fil-A so you gotta love it, and the food is so tasty! Mmmm

Efficient, friendly, and great food. There was one time where my fries didnt seem fresh but otherwise, my experiences with all Chick-fil-A locations are consistent with regards to quality. Yum!

Their food is great as always, but dont use them for catering orders. We had to wait nearly 20 minutes for our order, after the designated pick up time.
