I have grown up in Yorktown my whole life. For the past 18 years I have been going to this Chick-fil-A and I have not once been disappointed. The service is genuine and nothing short of lovely. Even when theyre super busy my meal comes quickly, and if theyre not super busy they usually deliver the meal to your table so you dont have to wait up front. There will even be employees outside when the drive-thru is super long to take orders in advance. If an employee is having a bad day you will never be able to tell; always a friendly environment. Customers come first and it really shows. They also have tons of fun events year round for children and adults, or both such as the Chick-fil-A 5K! Always clean, always cheerful, and always delicious. They even give you fresh lettuce and tomato on your deluxe sandwich, unlike most places where its flat, thin, and soggy; the icon representing this Chick-fil-A is on point, the sandwiches really look like that. One of my favorite things about going here are the fresh Peruvian Lilies on the tables! Oh, and the occasional free breakfast samples that make their way into my early lunch order! Not to mention that you can get an Arnold Palmer; its super refreshing since their tea and lemonade are freshly made and not instant like most places. Their Chick-fil-A sauce is also SUPER good to dip both chicken and waffle fries in, if youve never tried it I highly recommend it, but if its not for you then they have tons of other options to choose from like their BBQ sauce and honey mustard. They have the best unsweetened tea and just best all around EVERYTHING for a fast-food restaurant. The bathroom stalls have toilet seat covers AND a toilet seat cleaner if a cover isnt enough for you haha most sit-down restaurants dont even have that, so considering that theyre fast-food is a big deal. Sometimes I forget its fast food when Im dining inside, its just that awesome. PS: Kids can trade in their toy for a free Ice-Dream cone, and on occasion the CFA Cow will come out and say hello! One time he played thumb-war with me and my sister on a slow night. It just doesnt get much better than that.

Went here the other night after work because I was craving a wrap (the #8). Ordered everything, then sat down to wait for it...an employee walks up and says that theyre out of the wraps for the day. No big deal, but I wish I was told that sooner. I just told them Id order something else instead of a taking a refund (like they suggested) so naturally I ordered a salad. Turns out theyre out of lettuce. I asked for a grilled chicken club instead, because at that point, I was just hungry after just getting off work. I received this tiny piece of meat full of tendon, a massive piece of lettuce, and a few tomatoes...basically just the regular grilled chicken, which is worth LESS than what I had already paid for. I was pretty frustrated and went up for a refund because I was over it at that point. They only refunded me for my wrap and not whole the combo I ordered...I wouldnt have ordered anything knowing they were out of all the things that I went there for. Not the greatest customer service, which is surprising because I have never had any issues beforehand.

I cannot say enough good things about this chickfila. First off, I was brought my food and the sandwich looked JUST LIKE ones in commercials. Everything was plump and perfectly placed, lettuce curly and lively, AND THE CHEESE WAS ACTUALLY CENTERED. Service was super speedy. The employees are lively and have great attention to detail. I was concentrating hard of the menu, and I tend to look angry with my arched eyebrows when Im concentrating. Immediately, an employee greeted me and asked me how I was doing. I wasnt even having a bad day but that immediately perked me up anyway. Employer morale appears to be high. Everyone is kind and upbeat. Also, this Chick-fil-a is very clean. This is impressive because the place is always busy and bustling. I saw a lady coming around wiping down tables as guests would leave. They are very on top of things here. Even the bathrooms were nice and clean. Overall, great experience. These guys should be the model Chick-fil-A for the company.

Usually great for fast food. Always hospitable. However 2 problems. The way the #1 & #2 combos are listed could be better. #1 is a regular sandwich #2 is spicy delux. Why not make one regular and one delux, with spicy as an option. It would be more intuitive that way. Issue #2, which seems to happen every time, If someone orders a #2, they shouldnt receive a regular spicy sandwich. Its a delux meal, and it shows/ describes it coming with pepper Jack cheese; therefore unless we ask for American it should come as described. Even their picture clearly shows a delux with pepper jack. Otherwise I have no other complaints.

We visited on our way through Virginia. After ordering inside, we discovered we were shorted two items. We returned and used the drive-through to report the mistake only to be told we had to come back inside. After voicing my frustrations, we witnessed a rather long discussion concerning how to rectify the situation and were then given the missing items with an explanation that we didnt need to pay. Yes...I know we dont need to pay a second time.. We received only a half hearted apology and were sent on our way. Come on, Chick-fil-A! Youre better than this. - Disgruntled Traveler

This is my favorite Chick-fil-A! I always get good service here. The extremely busy drive through moves along pretty well. All of the employees I have had contact with at this location have been super. The restaurant is always clean, and the condiments and table service items are always stocked and neatly kept. The lobby and seating area are kept clean and tables wiped off. This location is also a great supporter of the local schools and very community minded as they sponsor booster nights to help the different fundraising programs.

Chick-fil-A is by far the best fast food restaurant in the Hampton roads area for your money. This fast food chain offers a wide variety of food to choose from - not just chicken! They have everything from spicy chicken sandwiches to a side order of kale. The interior of the store is very well designed and promotes a feeling of hospitality with a touch of modern. Also included inside is an indoor playground for children.

We just left the store on Victory Blvd in Yorktown and the staff was awesome! It is/was raining buckets and I watched staff walking customers to their cars with umbrellas. The power also went out for the drive thru service and the manager was out in the rain apologizing to every customer and directing everyone inside. Thank you for helping US out when YOU were in need.

As far as fast food goes, this is the best Ive ever had and probably ever will have. Theyre quick, and surprisingly professional. Even when theyre packed, they have people lined up outside taking orders. Ive always gotten food within 5 minutes, my order has never been wrong, food consistently delicious.

Great place to eat, unless its close to closing time which is earlier than every other Chick fila everywhere. They put a cone in front of the drive thru with 10 minutes till closing, then when trying to go inside more than one person alerted me they were closed.
