The staff cares about you and your fitness goals and is there to help you meet them. Its a clean environment with so much variety in exercise machines and free weights that allow you to work how ever best serves you. My only small complaint is that the space for floor work is quite small. So I usually go when there arent as many people there. But you have free child care if you need it, free hydro-massage, free tanning, and 2 locations to choose from. All for $9.99 a month. Well worth the money.

The facility has a lot to offer, it is great how many events they have here and the variety of the events. As well as the gym, personal training, youth leagues and the list goes one. There is something for everyone. Body Renew is big on supporting the community and that shows they are not here just to make money, they give back in many ways with their youth leagues. The staff is so friendly every time I go in there. Jamison has been wonderful with work with from an event perspective. Love this place!

The guy in the used sports equipment shop sold me skis, boots, and bindings, and didnt adjust the bindings to fit the boots properly. Just went to the lodge and the skis cant be adjusted properly because of the amount of holes already in the skis. He also sold me "new" snowboard boots and one of the soles fell off of the right boot at the top of the mountain. The fitness center itself is awesome. I love the rock climbing just inside the front door.

If you are looking for a workout then go to the Delco Plaza location. This place has always has something going on that has nothing to do with fitness. You have to park at Gander Mountain and hope your vehicle doesnt get towed. Employees are pompous and insincere. Essentially they want your monthly payment but dont want you to use the facility. They would rather rent it out for something like a carnival, ultimate fighting or something else.

Pretty good facilities. And comparatively inexpensive (and edible) food. Very close to I-81, so its convenient, in a way (unless youre driving from the DC metro area to get there!). Lots of parking. No complaints.

Outstanding facilities! Whether you want an outstanding gym, a place to have the kids play sports, an outstanding Bistro to eat at, or great venues, you can always find something fun to do!

There is a lot of fitness equipment options to choose from to meet your fitness needs. They have 3 squat racks primarily and 5 bench presses for compound exercises.

This place is probably the cleanest gym Ive Seen plus they have a ton of equipment and are always busy. That says something I think.
