Nine out of 10 times it is a five-star experience. But for the first time I tried their call ahead mobile service. That turned out in my humble opinion to be a total failure. Yes I know theyre busy. But I got passed off by one person Who was working the mobile register., only to get stuck in a long line. After a lengthy wait and no response I walked out. As I was leaving the parking lot I thought it be nice to make the call and extend the courtesy that I had left and would not be picking up my order. The young gentleman that answered the call seemed rather clueless and could care less that something went wrong. Not the Chick-fil-A standard Im used to or that they deliver

The times I have visited this specific Chick-fil-A is when I am traveling with my youth group on our trips. We have always been incredibly impressed by how quickly, patiently, and accurately they have completed our order even for groups as big as 30+ individuals! Though this location is almost always loaded with cars and dine-in customers, they are always efficient and polite. Every time I am there and say "thank you" they always return with "my pleasure" :)

Best experience of my life time I I used to go here as a kid with my mama we ALWAYS got the peach smoothies but when they stopped providing them we moved on until today. Today I got 2 orders of large fries. The cashier said something about my order of fries behind my back I could barely hear them but I heard my order. NEXT TIME I DONT WANT TO HEAR MY ORDER BEHIND MY BACK AND THEM TALKING ABOUT WHAT THEY DO TO IT. Other than that. Great time

LOVE chick fil a. Especially the sauce. Which is why I was so upset with our visit today when the cashier lied and told us there was only one packet left for our family of five. His name is Jacob. The next group in line asked a different cashier and were handed several packets of sauce. After driving eight hours I did not want to deal with this. Chuck Guffee get this place in order!

As I was walking out of this chick fil a, a worker named Brooklyn (not sure of the last name) helped my child off of the sidewalk after she had fallen on the curb. My daughter was bawling and Brooklyn helped comforted her. I am SO impressed with this lady and love this chick fil a so much. My daughter and I WILL be ONLY coming to this chick fil a from now on!!!! :)

Im completely satisfied with the staff here. Ive never been to a Chick-fil-A before and they went above and beyond to ensure a plesent experience. I was completely shocked when it came time to pay for my meal. I want to give a shout out to Morgan for making my night here. Ill be back just to honor their service. Thank you! We live down I-81 in Strasburg, VA and frequent here often. The food is always good and fresh! Staff is always friendly and courteous as well. The only minor problem is the popularity of this location and its inadequate layout (both inside and drive-thru) to accommodate the masses that flock here especially for lunch.

Very clean and efficient. I have grown used to this model of restaurant. Like all the others, they are on top of all orders all the time. Since this one is located in a small community, the staff recognizes customers as they come in and greet them accordingly.

While here I saw management go outside and bring food to a man that was standing holding a sign at the corner. They invited him in to get cooled down and have a bite to eat. Watching this made me a customer for life.

Everything was very tasty and fresh. Jacob (the cashier) was very patient and polite while I decided on my order. Plenty of space to park your vehicle without feeling crowded by the vehicle on the left and right of you.
