I took a leather jacket in for cleaning, prepaid for the service, and when it was due back I stopped in. It had never been picked up. Of course, the operator didnt bother to call and tell me that. It was finally picked up. Three weeks after it was due back, no call again, I went in looking for it. It was hanging there. I asked the girl behind the counter how long it had been there, but she could only tell me "quite a while". I asked why no one had called, AS PROMISED, and she just said "Oh, we dont do that anymore." Dont bother to go here. Once you give them your money, they dont give a damn. Unless you are heavy in to frustration, go somewhere else.

Best dry cleaners in Battleground! Ive been to many different cleaners, and finally ended up sticking with this one. The customer service is genuine and the dry cleaning is superb! Every item I brought clothing in for laundering/alterations, the items were in excellent condition when I came in to pick them up. The buttons on my husbands dress shirts always seem to break apart or fall off; the cleaners would replace the button, without even charging us or telling us they did! Its hard to find business owners who really care about their customers and put in the honest effort. I dont plan on switching cleaners any time soon!

Weve been going here for 3 years and this is the best cleaners Ive ever used. They found cash in one of our pockets (we didnt know it was missing) and returned it. We did have an issue with a few shirts having some minor wrinkles but I mentioned it to them and they were very friendly about it, asking that we let them redo them for free, and its never happened since (more than 2 years later). Im pretty picky and expect a lot from a cleaners and New Town meets those expectations.

Excellent! I bring everything here from my husbands large hunting sleeping bag, to my favorite Nordstrom clothes. I come here weekly to have my husbands slacks dry cleaned. The clothes are pressed beautifully, smell fresh and are ready on time or a little early. The owner and his staff are very friendly and helpful.

First time using. Pressing was terrible, shirts had wrinkles pressed into them. When I complained, person assisting me was rude told me I could pay extra for "better" pressing. Then told me my shirts were too big anyway and to go somewhere else. Over all cost was double that of other places.

I came in on a Friday with 2 items for cleaning. The person behind the counter asked if Tuesday was good for pick up, and I asked if Saturday was okay? Knowing I came in last minute I wasnt expecting to get them that quick but he made it work for me. Really good service.

Steve is always professional and kind. Twice now my husband has left a wad of cash in his pants and they could have taken it without us having any idea but theyve returned it because he and his staff have integrity and thats hard to come by these days.
