Dry Cleaning is a fairly commodity service... they can either clean it right, or not, they can either be fast, or not, and they can either priced competitively, or not. New Town Cleaners definitely gets a solid thumbs up in the first two. Everything I dropped off came back clean, wrinkle free and good to go. But there was nothing I saw above and beyond. No more green of a service, no more comprehensive of a clean and yet they charged significantly more than other cleaners Ive used, more than cleaners in major cities Ive lived in. The location is great for me, the staff friendly and Id gladly pay a premium for that, but not when I _could_ use a company with pickup service for less.

As a retired commercial insurance broker of almost 3 decades in multiple states, I have had to have many shirts laundered and clothes dry cleaned. I have NEVER seen any service of this high caliber. They pre dry clean the shirt collars instead of scrubbing, the shirts come back protected with the plastic tabs over the top button by the collar like a new dress shirt has, the arms are pinned in place across the shirt to keep them from wrinkling. They arent the cheapest but their service quality puts a smile on my face and makes me feel special. That makes them the best value out there.

My experience didnt start off so great, but the business totally redeemed themselves in the end. It might not be the least expensive dry cleaner, but their attention to detail is impeccable.

Excellent service. They were even kind enough to allow me to pick up my drycleaning after hours on a Sunday! Reasonable rates, quick-turn, clothes look great!
