I give this Cheesecake Factory in Bellevue a 3 star overall. For the food, I would give it 5 stars. I ate there the other night (Wed.) not too busy. I was on a 15 min wait which really only being 5 min. (I guess they were just bussing a table) It was me and my girlfriend. We ordered an appetizer (Avocado Rolls) which are the bomb. I had a glass of red fullbody wine that was good. I ordered the Steak Diane as my entree (medium rare of course).I believe the steak entree was somewhere around $24 dollars. Heres where things went south for me...My girlfriend and I had finished and boxed up what was left of our apps. I had used dirty appetizer plates in front of me stacked with 2 other plates and dirty silverware. As the Steak entree came out it wasnt our server running the food, he auctioned off the food looking confused as to whos it was. Since I was the only one having an entree, I figured it would be a "no brainer" I know they put food orders in as seat numbers. Wasnt impressed with the auctioning. But then, after I told him that the steak was mine, he places the meal in the center of the table and walks off. Doesnt take our appetizer plates away and I had no steak knife for my "Steak". Biting into the steak, it was cold as well as my side of asparagus. Meh that sucked. No big deal, grabbed another server (didnt know where my server was) and asked him to take it back bc it was cold. Saw my server, said it was cold and that I had sent it back. 5 min later..THE SERVER COMES BACK WITH THE SAME PLATE and ASKS ME, "what would you like for us to do with it, warm it up or make you a new one?" ummm...LOL Make me a new of course. Why would you ask me if its ok for you to warm it up. A STEAK? THATS MEDIUM RARE? whats the process of that actually. I mean the steak was already sitting somewhere else for 5 min. until they brought it back. So your going to warm it up and then its going to be over cooked? You dont ever ask to warm something back up. You make a new one. Was it sitting there bc you didnt time the order right. probably. I want a Fresh hot steak. Not warm and not cold. But what really got me was the Manager (i think) was standing behind her, and then just wanted to ask me the same thing. Shame on you. dont ask me that, you should know better and make a new steak. It wasnt my fault that $24 dollar steak came out cold and now your loosing profit and have to make a new one.. 3 stars for service.Once the new one came out it was delicious. However I had doubt if they had actually cooked me a new one. The manager came out with it telling me the plate was extremely hot(which it was) made me wonder if my steak that I had sent back was just sitting under the heat lamp dealy and made everything "Hot". Im really not trying to sound like a snob. But I was the only one eating that night. I spent $53 for just me. 1 glass wine, an appetizer, an Entree, and a Dessert. 1 person. I write this review so detailed bc I want others to know and the restaurant to know, that place isnt cheap. Dont be fooled by fancy corporate everything there. If your paying good money for all that, the look, the atmosphere, the food, the drinks, the cheesecake, the service, then It better be "ALL THAT" I expected better.

It has a large menu but what I liked is the optional skinny menu for the diet conscious and I ordered from that menu precisely :-) . They have an exorbitant menu and we were 8 of us and 3 kids . The kids seemed to enjoy everything about the place . While I didnt click the food pics considering my family , I couldnt resist from clicking the cheese cake pic . I dont eat cheese so not a fan of cheese cakes , but this was amazing . Service was good in the beginning , 2 items on the order list was delayed a bit . Towards the end we had requested for a box for packing the cake one of the kid didnt eat but there was no one to Help as the girl who was serving our table had left for the day . The other woman whom I approached was very cold though she was smiling . She gave us a small box for a big cake and said you can put it in there and when we insisted she obliged and walked away to bring another box . It could be the case we it was not her table and she was pushed to help us . Small things that matter to me . We spent 15 mins for the box so I had to flag this off.

The service was quite pleasant. Considering the time spent in the restaurant and the number of customers, the wait time was not too excessive. I ordered the steak medallions with mushrooms and tomatoes. There were only three pieces of steak, and the mashed potatoes underneath looked like an afterthought (thin coating), but the tomatoes were delightfully sweet and the steak were juicy. My friends fettucine alfredo was not as good. The fettucine was undercooked, and as a result, too chewy; the alfredo was a little on the thick side. Serving sizes (portions) were rather large... Before the food, we were plied with bread baskets filled with baguettes and pumpernickel (?) and ample supplies of butter. The lighting was rather dark. The glasses werent, but instead, looked like cheap plastic Oktoberfest mugs. I quickly got some cynical ideas as to why they would have used plastic. The decor was quite nice, though the music was questionable (Taylor Swift?) and some of the lights looked like lizards eyes. TL;DR - food was decent, service quite good, decor decent.

I came here yesterday 8/12/17 for my 21st birthday and had the worst service ever. I expected to receive consistently good service like I do at the CF in my home town, but that was not the case. My server, Brittney M was the least personable server I have ever met in my life. She didnt have a pleasant attitude whatsoever. When she first came to the table, she asked us if we wanted to order our drinks and as I started to order, she cut me off and said "okay" and just walked away. My boyfriend and I thought it was extremely awkward, but we waited for another ten mins patiently until she finally came back. (Im very forgiving to servers since I was once one myself.) But the bad service continued...Not once did she check on us once we received our meal or attempt to give us refills on our drinks or bread at any time during our visit. Though she did check on the other tables around us that she was serving. I am a frequent CF customer and I was extremely dissatisfied with the service at this location.

Horrible. Steak was puny, overcooked and bland. Chicken was rubbery and thinner than the cheese covering it. Mushrooms were burnt. Alfredo sauce on the side was so thin it poured like milk with zero flavor. Pasta was tossed in a ton of oil. Mojitos werent muddled and tasted watered down also. Apearantly the lunch crew was getting off work and transferring tables to the dinner crew. The waiters switched 3 times during our service so nobody noticed our empty waters or the fact that we were practically waving s.o.s. flags for service. Manager comped only the pasta after we sat starving for over an hour then brought some pre-frozen tiramisu (drowned in whipped cream) to compensate. Dont waste your money on dinner here. They should just stick to serving cheesecake!
