Pagliacci is usually my favorite place to go grab some pizza while Im out. This location, however, was just OK. The pizza that I have pretty much whenever I go there was the same, so I thought it tasted great. However, the decorations are definitely not great. Other joints have had great paintings and quotes on the walls (and sometimes on the ceiling), but this location lacked in interesting decor. As for the service, well... Im not impressed. I went there with my family once and when we ordered two mediums, the employee asked us if we wanted the large because it was "their best offer". We said no thanks, then he said he would cut the large to have "more slices" although it was the same amount of pizza. Overall, I really would not recommend this joint.

Bruh. Been going here for years even used to work here. The quality has been on a downgrade and food is generally inconsistent but the biggest issue is that the dining room is always dirty. And I mean ALWAYS. Im sitting here now and every table is dirty. And I mean Every. Single. One. Im sitting at the one that is the least dirty, lucky me. I just think its ridiculous that they cant bus a table it takes 15 seconds. Also everyone is kind rude AF they need to chill with the attitudes. All of this would make more sense if the prices matched their standards. Overall disappointed.

This pizzeria was great. The location was close and Ive been to a Pagliacci Pizza before. The pricing was very affordable, and the food didnt taste cheap. Their pizzas are under or around $20, and the medium (14") was the perfect size for two people. They have a good selection of drinks, too. I liked how their cups werent paper, they were glass. And chilled. The pizza took a little while to make, but it was totally worth it, since its hand-tossed dough and cooked on bricks. Overall, its great. I love it.

Great Pizza,Im an east coast guy,so good pizza is hard to find,the staff at the Kenmore location is awesome,free slice with an over 60.00 order,the management at the call center suck,if you live one block outside the calling area,they will not under any circumstances deliver it to you,then if you call to complain,they ban you from ever getting Pizza again,either delivery,or pick up,good thing you know people who are decent human beings,and dont bow down to corporate management.

My wife said this was the best Pizza she has ever had. I dont know if I would go quite that far, but Im almost sold, heres what I had: Verde Primo Artichoke hearts, mushrooms, pesto, goat cheese, garlic and mozzarella on a seasoned tomato sauce 11" $17.49 13" $21.49 17" $23.99 Very fresh ingredients, fast preparation, we picked up the pizza, so I dont know how it would be eating there. Service seemed extremely nice! Definitely best carryout in Kenmore area!

We were greeted by a long haired individual in a dude rag who greeted us warmly and excitedly. The establishment was very clean. When there werent any customers the staff was quick to clean. All of the staff looked engaged and worked as a cohesive team. Suggestion: napkin dispensers at the table would be great or having the server bring napkins when they bring your food would be highly appreciated.

Good pizza, but really poor space planning. To see the types of pizza they have available under the glass case, you have to stand on seats where people are literally sitting and eating. Awkward, or impossible. Front counter is gigantic and sprawling, with only 2 cash registers when there is room for 3, or 4, which arent necessary.This location needs to be remodeled.

Sadly, Pagliacci Pizzas food is not what it used to be. Overpriced, mediocre pie. Recently ordered two pizzas. They were awful - sloppily prepared, undercooked, cold. Paid more than $50, not including tipping the driver. Called to complain, went online to complain - no response. And their restaurants are sterile and uninviting.

Im always impressed when I make an order over the phone. They know who I am from my phone number and say my first name right when they answer, they already know my address, and they have my card on file. They obviously put a lot of effort in engineering their phone orders and it works great! Effortless!

Pagliaccis is the best chain Ive found in the Seattle area, the dough is doughy like it should be (not bready), the toppings are fresh and tasty. Pagliacci doesnt hold a candle to the great pizzas of the east coast and its pricey, so it gets three stars.

Great pizza. Great staff. Great location. Overall great experience! Went above and beyond after a small delay with my dine in order. I didnt care all that much, but they gave us free gelato to make up for it. Definitely will return in the future!

This used to be my favorite pizza place but in the past several months, the pizza quality, delivery times and overall service has gone down hill and now its barely above the quality of the other big name brands. What a let down.

I always order from Pagliaccis when I am craving pizza. Their pizzas are both affordable, delicious, and taste hand made. The waiters are also very friendly! If you ever go here, I would recommend that you try the "parma primo!"

Great place for a slice, but kind of expensive. A small specialty pizza is close to $20. Staff is always friendly, and wait time isnt super long. They do have unique pizza flavors and combinations that change often.

I went there once because I was hungry for pizza. They have some pretty tasty pizza and I love how you can buy slices instead of full pizzas. Their slice prices are good, but the full pizza is a little expensive

These guys are always very fast and super friendly. I work for a pizza chain and I always order from these guys when I want pizza. Pizza is not cheap but tast size and service makes it worth it.

I used to go to the place down the street, but I got sick of the same old thing. The staff at Pagliacci are SO much friendlier- even their delivery people are nicer :) Love the pizza too!

I generally like this chain, but with delivery from this location check to verify your order. Ive had several that were incorrect. They do make up for it with a voucher or replacement.
