Only speaking on behalf of the sandwiches, as Ive ordered pick-up only. For the past two months, Ive ordered three different sandwiches to go. The speed was fine, and the one staff member I talked to was pleasant. The sandwiches, while edible, were not easy to eat. The first order was a turkey avocado BLT. I subbed the turkey for chicken. The chicken pieces were well cooked, but there was no salt or pepper (which was noted to be included as a condiment). The avocado was not sliced at all. It was halved, and then each half was just stuck on top of the sandwich. Its pretty difficult to eat a sandwich with a giant avocado lump in the middle. The second sandwich was the chicken salad sandwich. The lettuce in each half was twice the size of the bread, and the chicken salad wasnt even inside the bread; it was all over the wrapping paper, and around the bread. I ended up using a fork to eat the salad. The third sandwich was another turkey avocado BLT with chicken substitution. This time, the chicken was totally different: shredded, and falling out of the sandwich. Again, no seasoning (not even salt or pepper) was used. Again, the avocados were simply halved and stuck onto the sandwich. While there was no under or overcooking, the sandwiches were poorly assembled, and difficult to eat. Not sure what happened with different chicken being used on the same sandwich. I realize these are inexpensive sandwiches, and Im not expecting anything that great. However, I need to be able to eat the sandwich like a sandwich....

I visited last night and ordered the steak with white cheddar panini sandwich, broccoli and Cheddar soup. The person who took my order was very prompt and professional. I did not have to wait long for my order. The soup was perfect. My issue was with the sandwich. The meat was rare, it had not been cooked. I brought it to the cook and servers attention. The cooks response was that I needed to asked that the meat be cooked first. The server tried to convince me that the meat was not rare. I finally told her that I had eyes and could see. They did prepare me another sandwich and soup. The server at one point offered me a cookie to make me feel better, her words. I did tell her that I am allergic to eggs and can not eat the cookies there. I thought atferwards, am I a child who has to be placated with a cookie. It was condisending to be offered a cookie to make me feel better. I do not understand why they would serve meat that was under cooked and then not own it. I work with the public. I have always been trained to own it when a mistake has been made.

I had Betty as my cashier. She was AWESOME!!!! Never met a sweeter woman. English is not my friends native language and he couldnt make up his mind what he wanted even I was getting a little frustrated. But not Betty she was kind. Because of Betty I will be coming back over and over. I will also recommend this location and always bring friends along to support this location!!! Thank you Betty for making our Monday a Marvelous one!!!! Top shelf customer service and food!!!

It was super busy shortly after my group got there. The food was delicious but 2 of us received our order in about 12 minutes, one received their order in about 18 and the last person didnt receive their order for over a half an hour due to a backup in the kitchen and then the waitress bringing her the completely wrong order. She then offered to give her a free pastry so that was nice. Overall it was fine service and great food but unreliable in terms of time.

They really dont service professionally. We ordered black beans soup and chia tea latte. After while we were waiting it, a waiter came over and said that they dont have our order. We told them to refund our money then they refunded half of it. We said we want our full refund then finally they did. We left there when we didnt get what we wanted and waste our time. They couldve told us that before we paid and tipped them. Next time no tip a head.

Communication poor food and service is ok. Ordered an cappuccino, the girl making the cappuccino didnt call out drinks she was making. It would help to when theres to go orders. But mine was not to go and the guy making the rounds dropping off food to people didnt know where to take it I had to ask about it. I suppose people who are familiar with their system are more used to it but as a new customer I didnt know what was going on

The food is good, that being said every time Ive gone in they have been out of something Ive ordered. The mac and cheese theyve run out of at least three times Ive ordered, the baguettes theyre out of almost every time I go in. The other day I ordered a BBQ chicken flatbread, while I was waiting for my order they told me they were out of flatbread! Its beyond annoying if your going there specially for these items.

Well, this was my second time in here I was with my very hungry 7yrs old son for breakfast, the take my order bad since the beginning but anyways the served a wrong order in my table. My kid get a turkey grill sandwich on wheat. They send a turkey cold sandwich in white bread. I ask my delicious almond latter in a mug I love that way but nop they make it in a paper cup and warm no hot at all. So very disappointed.

Its a Panera. I was there during the lunch rush, and there were not enough tables (or space) in the restaurant for that many people. But the food came out quickly and was good. My other complaint is that the trash bin is not by the door, so you have to navigate through the people waiting in line to order to actually clean up after yourself, which is a little hazardous.

First visit to a Panera. Walked in at 07:00 am to an empty store. Ordered coffee and a Danish. ALL 4 COFFEE URNS WERE EMPTY! , Well, one had half a cup in it... Had to wait, UNACCEPTABLE. Asked manager why there was no coffee. She just shrugged her shoulders. Probably my last visit to this Panera store... Well wait and see about any others...

The first time I visit this place was really bad one of the staff girls were snoring in one of the seats and the one in the cashier was just standing there without even say hi or welcome or whatever and then I order some broth and they didnt have it. So I went back again and was pretty good. Good food after all.

Let me start off by saying this place is horrible. They have gotten my order wrong 90% of the time. I actually gave up on all Panera Bread stores because of this one. Yes, this place is that bad! I would give this 0 stars if possible and would rather starve than have to eat from this place again!

Our food was delivered on dirty dishes with silverware that was equally dirty and oily to the touch. When brought to the attention of an employee they shrugged and said what do you want me to do about it. Lack of customer service and cleanliness. We will not be dining at this store again.
