Let me start by saying I have been eating at Chipotles for many years and have NEVER had such atrocious, disrespectful service before. Myself and other customers waited 25 minutes for them to "prepare" steak, as they had run out (the cook was too busy talking on his cellular phone in the back room apparently, and couldnt be bothered to work). When it finally was ready, the staff decided to help everyone else in line prior to fulfilling the orders of the patrons who had been patiently waiting for almost a half an hour now. My girlfriend received cold, dry, rubbery steak in her soft taco, and the tortillas were stale and cold (even after they had "heated" them). When she politely asked for 2 new tacos to be re-prepared, the cook threw her tacos against the wall, landing near the trash can, spraying salsa chunks and lettuce everywhere. Then gave her a dirty look and continued to be extremely rude as the new tacos were prepared. Shortly thereafter, they sent over what could only be assumed as the "manager", to speak with us at our table. It only got worse! This person had the audacity to tell us that the steak didnt take 25 minutes to prepare, and instead it only takes 3 minutes. REALLY??? Tell that to the other 8 patrons who were also waiting patiently for it to be prepared. Unbelievable!! If I had treated my "Customers" at work with the same disrespect, I would be fired!! I feel robbed that we had to pay for some of the absolute worst food and service that I have ever experienced. I will never in all my life return to a Chipotle restaurant, and will be sure to mention this experience to my family, friends, and co-workers to also avoid this place like the plague. I gave a single-star review, only because there was no option for negative stars... Just so this is clear, this was at the SouthCenter Chiptole restaurant in Tukwila, WA.

Overall, I am was not pleased with the food and the service. I never had any issue with Chipotle burrito until today. The rice was bland, the tortilla tasted rubbery, and rest of the burrito was not any better. I avoided beans because those looked so dry and displeasing. I was not satisfied with the food. No only that, the gentleman that compiled my burrito were not friendly at all. I always get 2 or 3 scoops of rice and never had any issue with previous servers. This server initially refused to give me 3 scoops of rice as he informed that usually burrito might rip if I got too much rice. However, his scoop was smaller than what I am use to at other locations. I asked nicely and he finally gave me a another scoop and guess what? My burrito didnt rip because it wasnt that big at all. I will not come back to this location again.

The food is fine. Its the typical quality and consistency you get from Chipotle, which is to say really good. It loses one star because Ive never been there when there wasnt a huge line. I realize part of this is down to Chipotles popularity, but when you go in at three in the afternoon on a lazy, rainy Sunday and its jammed up... yeah, a little part of you dies inside. And it loses another star because the employees have terrible attitudes. Then again, if my eight hour shift involved nothing but a huge line of people (and every person is ordering five things), Id be a little jaded too. But still, you could at least try not to look like I just ran over your dog.

If I could give less than one star I would. To start they messed up our order the first time and they were nice enough to replace it. But when I went in to get my food made I had three orders. The lady that was helping me was the older Hispanic lady quite frankly she was rude and I recommend her being fired. I will never be returning to this location again no matter what they want to offer me the gentleman at the cash register was the only person that was nice at this building so if you like horrible service and you like being treated terribly too this place is for you. Highly do not recommend.

Ordered burrito, kept asking the server to put a bit more as everything was size of a tablespoon. The final burrito was half the size of any that we had bought before. What made it unpleasant was the attitude . She was fast and appeared annoyed with us. My child needed to use a restroom and it was unclean. The soap was diluted . The whole experience was terrible and I will not come back here again even though my family loves chipotle.

Good food, very nice employees, clean store. I gotta say they handled it pretty professionally when my 4 year old accidentally bumped one of our sodas onto the floor. We were REALLY embarrassed and were trying to mop it up with napkins and they very pleasantly took over and cleaned it up. We were relieved and thought they did an excellent job handling it.

Racism was exhibited in front of customers as I witnessed harassment in Spanish to white workers that are clearly working consistently. The service was inconsistent, I was ignored halfway through my order and an employee corrected me while I was ordering my pork bowl, cut me off and said "Carnitas". I will never eat here again! Too much hassle!!

I mean, the employees have major bad-itudes for the most part and they kind of just stare at you until you tell them what you want but I havent ever had a problem with the food itself and its so close to my work. Its best to just think of dealing with the employees as a part of your payment for your food.

For the most part have had pretty good service from this location. The food is good but occasionally get mediocre service. Patron Margaritas are pretty good. One server in particular repeatedly gives small portions of food every time shes working. Closest location to me which keeps bringing me back.

Very inconsistent. My burrito was noticeably smaller than the person ahead of and behind me. This is usually the case when I come here. I think Im done coming here. But know if you see me in line YOU will get a monster burrito and I will get the mini. We both pay the same.

Food is always amazing .customer service at lunch time is horrible . No smiles when you ask something no response . Feel like Im a hassle on them doing there job . Lady handed me receipt and looked at me like move .never will return will go inside the mall for now on .

I have a hard time imagining something chipotle could do to make me fall out of love with those giant burritos. Great food that is more responsibly sourced than most. It could be a healthy option, but really its just about giant tasty burritos.

Ive been there quite a few times since moving to the area. Fast, Always Great customer service, always friendly. One of the better Chipolte Ive been to in my life. However they dont always have fresh ingredients later in the evening (after 6pm).

Food is only ok. This particular store now requires you to ask the staff for the door code to the bathroom. A little embarrassing when they make you feel like a bum off the streets. At least I didnt get Noro. Ill give them a star for that.
