My experience through this rental management company (as a tenant) was the worst Ive ever had. Ive had great experiences through many other management companies and, even though I was warned about this company, gave Real Living Property Management a chance. Here are only a few examples from the experience: Despite the fact that the property was well-maintained and all monies paid promptly they took over 70% of my deposit to pay for over-inflated costs for nail/screw holes left from pictures, mandatory cleaning fees, and yard work that I had already done. They failed to notify me that the owner was visiting until he was in the back yard (and even then it was via email). They did not respond to maintenance requests for months, if at all. Worst of all, since a lawyer owns the company, the context of the law is manipulated (or flat-out lied about) to tenants to avoid any costs to the owner and the company. If you see a property thats managed by Real Living Property Management, TURN AWAY AND KEEP YOUR MONEY.

Do not go through this company for rentals. They literally will make up reasons for keeping a deposit like an issue wasnt reported when it was reported but them choosing not to take care of it. Literally almost ever major appliance stopped working while under their management. I was charged for not reporting a leak sooner?! I reported it as soon as it started but apparently I should of reported prior to. RENTERS and clients of this management company beware.
