Sam and Carrie make buying and selling a home smooth and professional. Sam helped us buy the house we wanted in a market with tight inventories. He was flexible to our schedules and listened to what we wanted in a home. He wasnt pushy. He was patient and really wanted us to find the home we wanted. He did all that while at the same time helped us sell our existing place. He helped us decide what work to do prior to putting the house on the market and more importantly what not to waste time on. His experience, connections within the real estate community, and pleasant personality lead to our home selling sooner than expected. The communications between Sam and Carrie are smooth. It is so smooth that when we needed an emergency repair a couple days before our house closed Carrie volunteered to handled meeting the service people at our house and made sure we had the information we needed to fix the problem and keep the sale of our house on schedule. Carrie could step in because Sam was able to quickly ramp Carrie up the issues and what to focus on. I get the sense these two long time real estate partners can solve any surprises that pop up.
