I contacted Lisa Nguyen and arrange an appointment for 3/2/2016 at 7:00 pm we both agreed on it. I live in Bellevue and the showing was in renton I took my kids to go and see the property we arrived at 6:50 waited until 7:15 and no agent on sight, I called her and she told me that she had previously call me to cancel but she didnt call me at all. Then she told me to meet again at 8:00 pm same day, we waited again then at 8:10 she call me again to cancel Im so pissed off, screw this real state company their employees have no costumer service experience at all, Lisa Nguyen sucks
