My wife and I could not be happier with the outstanding service provided by Mike and Leilani West! As so often happens, we found a house we liked before having our existing home ready to list. We were nervous and uncertain about making an offer on a new house knowing that there would be at least a month delay before listing our present home. Their guidance was so reassuring and helpful that we “took the plunge,” and I am writing this review from that new house. Mike and Lani helped us through the ups and downs of the process, and their expertise and experience had us feeling very secure throughout with the knowledge that we were in very good hands! One could write pages and pages about what sets Mike and Lani apart from other realtors, but I will try to mention just a handful of the qualities that really hit home with us. 1. Mike and Lani are pure professionals! They have a very successful strategy that works. They will promote your house in a first class, comprehensive manner. They also understand the position of the home seller/buyer, and will ALWAYS put their clients first. They will honestly voice concerns, or make recommendations, but leave all final decisions to you. They truly work hard to earn you the best price, and will NOT put their interests ahead of your own. 2. They are excellent communicators. They are very easy and pleasant to talk with, and always appear relaxed and engaged. You are kept well informed with how things are progressing, and even receive feedback from prospective buyers on what they liked or didn’t like about your home. 3. Their names carry clout. They have excellent reputations, and are well respected in the community and in the profession. 4. Lastly, I have made such great use of their moving truck over the last couple months that it bears mentioning. Their moving truck is readily available for client’s use, and we have used it on a number of occasions now. As a person familiar with the pain of U-Haul transactions, the time and money saved by this perk is a godsend! So, in closing, I would like to mention that we have not a single criticism or complaint about Mike or Lani West, and the service they provided us. Mike and Lani set the standard for professionalism, integrity, and honesty for realtors. Besides being one of the most knowledgeable, hardest working and tenacious realtors we know,they are also extremely personable, patient,and communicative. This combination makes them a delight to work with, and we developed a strong sense of trust that Mike and Lani were always putting our best interests first, often ahead of theirs. We first met Mike and Lani at an open house they were hosting. We immediately felt at ease with their friendly, no pressure manner,and placed them at the top of the list of agents we would want to work with when we decided to list our house. When that time came, we met with them and were very impressed by their knowledge of the Mukilteo market. They offered to do a market analysis for us, and we were blown away with the extensive report they delivered back to us, so we decided to list with them. We thought they would do a great job of exposing our house to the market, but Mike and Lanis marketing strategy was totally awe-inspiring, with full-color, professionally photographed flyers, and scanable links to our on-line listings. We felt we couldnt be in better hands.Througout the process,they both gave us great advice on things we could do to make our house more marketable,i ncluding updates as well as interior painting colors. Mike even brought over a sample of the paint he recommended! They also went the extra mile to recommend quality contractors they trusted, to do updates in our kitchen and bathrooms. Overall the experience the house more attractive,and we were able to get top dollar for it! We also kept Mike and Lani to represent us when we purchased our new house, in Auburn. Even though it was far our of their normal territory, they were always available to meet with us there to work with with the builder and their agent. Throughout the past three years we have worked with Mike and Lani, we have forged a strong bond based on trust and confidence in their ability to do absolutely the best job possible in representing us in selling or buying a house. They truly care about the people they work with, and they will be three only people we will contact when it is time for our next house.

They had been the listing agent on our home 6 years prior and as a buyer we appreciated their customer service skills. As sellers we saw how extraordinary their service was in timely listing, market knowledge for pricing, marketing of our home, preparing for sale and open houses. Their greatest value to us though was in negotiating and keeping our deal moving.
