We worked with Ernest to buy our current home in Oakland. Ernest was recommended to us by a friend and we have recommended him many more times to our friends. He is honest, hard-working, and very knowledgeable. We had a very specific idea of what we wanted and a narrow window for price and Ernest helped us get into the perfect place. The process to actually getting our house was very long due to it being an estate sale but Ernest was diligent and kept us in the loop every step of the way. When its time to buy our next house in the Bay Area we will certainly come to Ernest!

Ernest Viafranca helped me with a very delicate property situation. I had a vacant lot in Oakland that I needed to list. Ernest came to the rescue. He was so helpful. He kept me informed through the process. His professionalism through the process is what anyone would want in a real estate agent. I really appreciated his honesty. I recently had an opportunity to work on a possible Probate Sale. Without much experience in going to an actual court confirmation proceeding, I contacted Ernest for some assistance. Ernest was very informative when it comes to sharing his knowledge about the Probate sale and the overbidding process. In less than 15 minutes, I was able to get an overview as well as getting a scheduled court date for a probate sale that I can attend in person. I appreciate his willingness to help another real estate professional.

Ernest Villafranca assisted me in reviewing Oakland homes. He was very knowledable in Bay Area real estate and gained my confidence as a person i could trust. I appreciate and Thankful that Ernest goes out of his way to make sure I follow and understand my obligations in the modification process.
