I recently had the pleasure of staying at Chelan Resort Suites with Windermere Vacation Rentals Lake Chelan. Not only was the unit immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, but we also had one of the best experiences with their staff. They were so friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to our questions. Its so great when you can tell they care about providing a quality experience all around. I will definitely be coming back to Chelan and plan to book with Windermere again in the future!

I can rent a car, an apartment even purchase a house but I can not rent a house in Lake Chelan. I understand there is restrictions and rules and agreements that need to be followed. My familys age group should not be a factor, especially if we are all in our mid 20s. Most of us live on our own and each of us take full responsibility of our priorities. It is very disappointing knowing we can not have a family gathering because of our age group. I do not recommend this rental agency.

I havent rented from them yet, but I have been looking for a place to spend some vacation time this summer. When I called for more information they were very helpful with their recommendations and their website was easy to navigate. I felt like they really paid attention to what I was looking for in a rental and gave me lots of options. I havent decided which option yet but they are AWESOME! I will definitely continue to work with them AND use them in the future!! :)

Terrible rental experience with Windermere. A group of us booked a waterfront house over New Years and the hot tub was green with algae, extra "bedroom" was a converted garage that we got locked out of, and the furniture was worn out. No good and ridiculously expensive!
