I want to thank Saiphorn Sitthi better known to me as Pon for the fantastic service that she has always provided me and my family with. She helped me organize a family cruise last year that we will forever remember because my daughter got engaged on that cruise and we did it when we stopped at Puerto Rico with the family. She made all the arrangements for this trip to be successful and it was. From the time that we boarded the plane home in Texas to the time we boarded the boat it was wonderful and stress free. She has always been available for questions and when I was nervous about something, she was always available to calm me down and take care of the issue that was worrying me. No matter what time or day I called her, she was available. She is by far the best travel agent that I have dealt with and I would not deal with anyone other than her. She also organized my daughters bacherotte party in Vegas which was a success. I am planning another cruise in 2017 and I would not have anyone other than Pon take care of that for us. I had called several travel agencies through out Fresno and have booked several trips prior to calling Pro Travel. From the moment that I called and spoke with Lisa Favareille, I noticed an immediate difference between the other travel agents I worked with prior and Lisa, and immediately I knew she was travel agent that I wanted and Pro travel was who I was going to book with. Lisa was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Throughout the booking process it was like I was working with a friend/family rather than a travel agent and the hospitality was nothing that I have experienced before. She transformed the fear of booking a trip into a easy and enjoyable process. Lisa also did a great job of listening to what I wanted out of a trip and then she in provided information for the best trip for ME… and not just the most expensive. Due to her hospitality, and willingness to help, Lisa not only booked a trip for me and my friends, but made a lifelong customer as I will definitely be booking future trips with Lisa.

Shepporah is such an amazing travel agent. My wedding was very last minute and of the amazing people I had helping me, Shepporah was the tops! She scoured the area looking for a great hotel, the perfect distance from our venue, she was able to get us a suite for our wedding night and a group discount for our guests. This woman is amazing! She loves her work and it shows. She listens to everything, even the unspoken words. She took my frazzled brain and took into consideration the occasion, the travel, the way we feel about friends and put it all together in a timely manner. We had THE BEST after party in the hotel, not because it was planned, but because she created an environment that was conducive to family, friendship, and fun. I can only thank her for adding so many memories to one of the best days of our lives. Every anniversary we sit and reminisce about all the fun we had after our wedding with our friends. Shepporah is invaluable!

We realized that planning our Ireland honeymoon trip was a lot more work than we had anticipated, especially since we were also thinking of going to Spain in the same trip. We attempted to do research from different online travel agencies but it ended up being a struggle and a logistical nightmare. We read some reviews online and a lady named Juana Garcia kept coming up. We decided to give her a shot and we were not disappointed! Not only was Juana very welcoming but she was also very knowledgeable and eager to help! She was able to get us an amazing deal which included not only Ireland & Spain, but Italy as well! This was all within our budget. I would definitely recommend her if you are planning any type of trip because she will go out of her way to make your trip as smooth and stress free as possible! My wife and I could not be happier and we look forward to our honeymoon this summer.

Working with Pon from Pro Travel was a blessing! Trying to get 10 friends in different locations on board for a cruise proved itself to be an incredibly difficult task. Pon made things very easy and simple. She managed each person individually and was very thorough in our phone interactions. She broke down costs in a very detailed manner, she set expectations, and even checked in with us before and at deadlines. She truly wanted our trip to succeed and made sure we were each taking care of what we needed to prior to departure. We sailed on the Carnivale Imagination from Long Beach to Ensenada and we could not have done it without her awesome expertise and guidance. We called Juana at PTF 3 days ago to get help with travels to Yosemite, San Jose ,Morro bay the back home to Hawaii, With in a day, we had all our destinations confirmed. Flights and cars. The a day later , We needed a flight to Portland for this month and Bam, Done. We are impressed with her attention to detail and thinking outside the box. She built a profile for us, got to know our silly quirks,needs and wants and she worked with us like she has know us for ever. We never have used an Agent for a few reasons. We needed some info that only and agent would have access to so we called her. We will continue to work with Juana. We met with Jennifer Rogers for advice and booking for our honeymoon coming up in March. We had done a lot of research about where we wanted to go, but we were unsure about some of the details. Jennifer had the representative on the phone, asking questions regarding the many room options, prices, features, and locations to the beach and restaraunts at the resort. Once we figured everything out, we had a couple of requests regarding our flight. There was a mandatory overnight layover that we werent originally expecting. Not only did Jennifer figure out a way to accommodate our preferences regarding airports, but had flights rerouted to stay the night and half day in New York, while still getting home in our timeline. She listened to what we wanted and used her creativity to book us an amazing honeymoon!!
