First time ever using a travel agency and last. This has been one of the worst experiences ever. Issues with my trip range from questionable layover flights (my trip was to Thailand and China) in South Korea and Taiwan, to spending about 4 full days of my vacation between airplane, auto and boat commutes. I was never inform that I visa was needed to enter Beijing and I was almost left stranded in Thailand in the middle of my trip. The flight from Thailand to South Korea was awful, not knowing if I was going to allow into my flight from South Korea to Beijing. No one could give me a clear answer as to why I was not advised about the need for a VISA. I would hope that this would be one of the main things my agent would consider covering with me, but that never happened. Once I arrived to South Korea, I was allowed into my second flight because I did not need a VISA after all; since I was only visiting Beijing for 2 days. NO ONE ever mentioned this, during my frantic calls to Liberty or their worthless travel butler services. A tour was changed before our arrival to the hotel and I missed the pick up point, and after a month they still have not refund the money I paid them. The list of issues continues, please reach out to me if you want the specific of why I WONT EVER BE USING LIBERTY TO PLAN ANYTHING, AND THE REASONS I THINK YOU SHOULDNT EITHER.

This girl deserves an applause. I recently had an event to host with the set up of a bar. I contacted Basic flowers to request some assistance. I had a small budget of $100 to decorate my bar with. After disucssing my situation with the designer, Marianna, she suggested a tall arrangement in a vase. She gave me more than $100 worth of service. Her floral design was amazing. I never knew flowers would make such an impact. All night long guests of the event would line up to have thier pictures taken with the floral arrangement as part of the background. Needless to say, Beauty Bar was a hit:) I think she might have helped me with a new gimick to creating business. Kudos Marianna. Loyal Customer

Experience started great then tanked and reconfirmed why I never used travel agencies before. First they booked all of our flights for a round the world trip with my wifes named spelled wrong despite having copies of our passports. It took weeks to get that corrected. Then it turned out they missed baggage fees on some of our flights so we are paying more out of pocket in Europe. Knowing this ahead of time I would have just booked myself. They are very unapologetic and try to blame all issues on the costumer. My question is whats the point of these people existing if I have to still go do a ton of research and checking of my bookings to make sure they dont mess up. Cut out the middle man.
