My friend booked ten tickets with Artemis for a bachlorette party to Cabo. Unfortunately, there was a death in my family a week before and I was unable to go. I called the Agency and spoke to a man named Sam. He was entirely unhelpful, as he did not have any professional advice on how to refund my ticket pursuant to a family death! His only advice was to "call the airline company". What was the point of him charging my friends and I fees that equalled over $800.00????? (I found out later that he charged us approximately $80 dollars for EACH ticket that was worth $380). I asked him for his refund policy based on a family death. He did not ever send me his policy (I assume its because the agency doesnt even have one). The worst part is that he started avoiding my calls, and had two other EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNKNOWLEDGABLE women who apparently worked there pick up his phone calls for him. One of the women yelled at me and hung up on me. I was appalled to find out that this is the way they treat a client who has had a family death. Luckily, when I went throught the Airline they refunded me the purchase price of the ticket. . they also informed me that the agency was SUPPOSED to do the same. Do NOT waste your money with this agency, unless you want to deal with incompetent unknowledgeable people. . and you want to get entirely ripped off.

DO NOT EVEN GO TO THEM, IT IS NOT WORTHED. THEY MAKE MISTAKES AND THEY EXPECT YOU TO PAY FOR IT. Shana (the owner) is unprofessional and unorganized. Because of her incompetence I was stranded in Rome with 2 kids and had to purchase tickets at the airport which cost me $10,000. Since they did not want to accept the responsibility, I had to take them to court. Shana showed up at the court with a third rate attorney who yelled and threatened me in the hallway. I won the case after a the judge gave her attorney a tongue lashing (I guess people in the hallway reported his behavior). In spite of the judgment they do not want to pay, claiming the business is in dire strait and not making any money!!! I guess we know why. It is a simple case: They made a mistake, the judge reviewed the evidence and ruled against them and they should admit and pay and move on. It is pathetic to watch how they keep trying various ways to get out of paying for their own mistake. Since this incident, I have come across 4 other people who have had the same issue and were stranded in various airports due to Artemis Travel’s courtesy.

I would like to share this information about Artemis travel and about the owner: At any time of the day and evening if you walk into this office the first question is : would you like tea? That gesture brings huge smile on anyones lips since no other office would be that cozy and friendly . Shana (owner), very uptodate and attentive can solve any issues in regards to thickets, reimbursements and change of dates . On Friday I was so helpless in the airport to travel to canada... guess what? At 8 in the morning Shana was in bed and was able to help me through accommodation . Those who talk bulshit can call me for verification. Shana I love you for being around and support all of us . Her assistant Mona also very patient with everything around . We all should be thankful to her:):)

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SO RUDE. Please read the writing below, if you want to get any ticket with them. They are a big swindler company that wants to charge you more than everywhere and they are not responsible for their mistakes. Here is my experience with them: I had to get a ticket to go out of the country and I was in rush, so she got the ticket nicely and because I had to get from them, she charges me a little bite more which is fine, but when I received the ticket I saw the date on the ticket is wrong and I called her asap and he said sorry and dont worry Ill fix it soon and she hasnt never changed the date and I had to pay from my pocket. dont let the smile fool you.

Shawna is very aggressive and She is very impolite, unbelievable bad behavior, she is the manager there, and she was very rude during the conversation. They submit wrong ticket and now they dont accept their fault and NO apologize.they are not responsible on their services. they just sell ticket and after that they forgot you if you need help, and they have a lot of mistake,they waste our time and money it was totally bad experience i had with them.

Shana is very direct and forward. She makes sure the client is happy. She proved her professionalism with organizing a world cup tour without a single mistake. I am very impressed. She is also a good human being. If you dont treat her right she will not take the blame. I do recommend her entirely.

I had a great experience with this agency! Shana ia the sweetest! I know there are lots of negative reviews here and thats why I thought I should let everyone know of what a good experience I had! She was attentive and got me a great deal forbmy international flight :-)
