WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! NEGATIVE 5 STARS!!!! Avoid this place!!!!! They made a mistake with my reservation and I had to pay $400 extra at the airport to fix it. I called them to tell them and they denied that THEY made a mistake. Trying to do too many things at once (answer phones, trying to get the other customers not to leave, faxing over docs, and helping me). Made a mistake with the name on the reservation, but luckily I caught that, if not, that was probably going to cost me another $400. I will NEVER EVER go there again. I was better off reserving my own flight online.

Ive been buying for more than 5years and never had a problem, especially when they tell you the date and time you are buying the tickets, and they make you sign the that you understood, so there is no room for error, I just had to post this because Im a loyal customer and would never go to any other place.
