I joined fitness Evolution which became planet fitness, the bathrooms are dirty tissue on the floor with poop on them, the bathrooms doors are broken they do not lock, when you try to lock them the whole wall moves I thought it was going to fall. I went to take a shower their was a used tampon in there, when I tried to address my concern about the gym staff was unconcerned, the equipment is worn out I asked for help with the monitor I was told they were not working then I saw two members watching them, I went out of state and saw a planet fitness there, I was excited that I could continue my work outs, I took a guest I was told my guest had to pay $20 and I had to pay $5 to use the gym, I tried to address this with my own gym they said when I signed up I was given wrong information and these charges were correct. After I complains I asked to speak to the owner staff said there was no contact number I could leave a message they would call me, after several attemts and no responce, I gave up....just what they want. I would not recommend this gym I would highly warn against it!!!! Members dont matter staff does not care.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The gym and lockers are clean. There are a few downsides to Planet Fitness in Everett; The dumbbells only go up to 75, there is only one olympic curl bar and the pre-weighted curl bars only go up to 60 lbs, no barbells, no bench presses and no squat racks. Most of the weight machines appear to be leftovers from the previous gym. They do appear to be making improvements but a couple staff members made it very clear that they will not be acquiring additional free weights. If you are only interested in cardio equipment and fitness classes then Planet Fitness will fit your needs.

This morning I had the pleasure of meeting Della Lucas at the Evergreen Way location of Planet Fitness. I only am in town for a few days for the IDEA West Conference & I needed to grab a quick workout for myself and assess my newest, remote personal training client who lives in Everett. Della listened to my story & she was able to help both my client and I join their facility in the most cost-effective way for both of us. I would highly recommend asking for her if you are in interested in purchasing a membership at this location. Thank you once again Della for your time and assistance.

While I love the concept and most of the staff are great, the lack of working available machines and incomplete remodel and therefore access to promised amenities is disappointing. The hours are inconvenient too. Price and plan benefits rock but I dont have access to many of them due to aforementioned incomplete remodel. Im a new gym member who did not previously work out at the prior business there. So of Id known when I signed up online that many of the amenities would be missing I would have chosen a different gym/company.

We joined today. We read the VERY FINE PRINT in the contract. We love it. My husband and I got one membership and he comes as my guest. Very clean facility, they even give you a paper to show the most busiest times. Friendly staff. Tons of equipment. I do wish they would switch to rags instead of paper towels to clean the machines, its wasteful and also takes a bunch but regardless I really enjoyed my day and I am very excited to see what new construction they have coming up. They are also going to switch to 24/7!!

I work out here 4-5 times a week and for $10 a month, its great. I have never been to a planet fitness before so I dont know if its similar to other locations but if youre a person trying to get a decent work out without dropping $50+ per month this is great! I like that they have more space for working out on a mat and I like the big work out station with the TRX bands. Im shocked by some of the negative reviews- like I mentioned, I go here a lot and havent found anything truly worth complaining about.

Ive had Planet Fitness before in a different town. Currently Everett is going through the transition but it has taken a very long time (over 2 months) for everything to be PF. Only like half of their equipment is PF stuff, they dont have any of the added benefits that comes with the $20 membership (like tanning) and half of the machines dont work properly. The only thing I would say is its conveniently located and at a good price. I cant wait until the full transition is completed.

After actually getting back into a routine, wanting to better my way of living and overall health, My expirence hasnt been easy but because of the Great positive attitude of All staff that I have dealt with... but Especially Donnie with the instruted classes! Hes one hell of an inspirational guy as well as his alternate, Alex. Both know how to push and how to make you a better overall, athlete. My workouts here have never gone better or smoother and I am eager to get more!

Why join? Its not really a true planet fitness. I was excited to see one pop up in my neighborhood... them I called. All that they offer is a one to one coach and that is all. I asked about other classes and was told nope, I asked if any were place I the future and again, the answer was No. Why call it Planet Fitness, why use the brand name? **Now Im wondering if the other Planet Fitness gyms ars all hype and offer little as well.

Its nice , a good place to go with m son to lift 3 days a week . he is 14 and just started lifting so its a more relaxed setting . they could add some free weights , but machines are fine .I got some free shirts , The bathrooms are clean and pretty much the same as fitness evolution. And the price is right , if you want super top of the line then you have to pay for it . Its a nice value and a decent place

I would LOVE to join this gym and am even willing to consider a subpar experience - maybe a REALLY positive attitude will go a long way. But after I read all these negative reviews, I can not muster the courage to join. Sorry Planet Fitness, until you show more value for your customers, you wont be seeing me.

This gym has a lot of equipment for only 10$ a month, Im quite fond of it and how nice the inside is now. My only issue is that they took away the bench press bars and benches, which make it a bit more annoying to bench, squat, and deadlift as you have to use the smith machines instead.

Joined Fitness evolution and only planned on being there for 6 mo. The girl that set up my contract over charged me initially and instead of giving a credit, they extended my membership ... Ive since left the gym but have a credit that I cant get a response to my emails about. Beware !!

i was walking out on 05-8-2017 at 2; 30 pm, Planet Fitness . I had seen this male man peeing front of Planet Fitness., As woman i did not feel safe . i talked to Shaun getting cameras outside to monitor the safety of planet fitness members. . He did know what to say...
