Having been a member on and off over the years I am very pleased to see that they have created a really professional gym that compares to golds Gym or any other high end establishment. They are very professional and know their business well. Casey, (the manager) is always willing to share his knowledge (Which is extensive) to anyone who asks. I have never had to wait to use a piece of equipment or weights. They purchased more new equipment to make sure that they used the all of space they had. The upstairs is full of aerobic machines and they have some that no one else has. The down stairs is full of the latest and newest exercise machines. The free weights section has anything that a power lifter needs to get big. This is undoubtable the finest gym this side of Seattle. For less than $10.00 a week this place is a steal. I can’t say enough about the facility or the staff. Did I mention they even have a coffee stand inside.. Try to find any other gym that you can work out and get a latte!

So they just moved from their former location to a building that was built just for them. All the current members were looking forward to this new gym. I must say that Im not the only that is beyond disappointed. The layout of the equipment has no rhyme or reason. It seems like they just moved it from the prior location to the new without thought. Not only that but it has less floor space. Then all the cardio is up stairs with no elevator. I know several folks that have knee and hip issues that go there. It is painful to watch them on those stairs. I have not been to the Port Orchard location in about 4 months now. New members are rude and stake you while you are using the equipment. This was my favorite place to go, to relax, to gain self balance. I really hope that if they are planning a new facility for the Bremerton location, there is alot more thought in it. Sorry guys, but dang. When was the last time I was in that gym? Its just not a good move.

Its a good place to work out. Kind of a judgment free zone, if you catch my drift. The staff always greets with a smile and sends off in the same manor. There are worse places to break a sweat. The cardio is located up the stairs and the weight machines ground level.

I wish it was bigger or maybe just a single story building with more variety. All aerobic machines are second floor, Ive seen people struggle to climb the stairs just to walk on a treadmill or elliptical

Friendly staff,legit equipment,lots of space and not a geriatric circus..you have Two choices if you live in Port Orchard, Olympic or Westcoast... (voice of Ice Cube) WESTSIDE!!!!!

Towel service and 24 hours availability are the selling points of this gym. Run of the mill machines and your normal gym equipment. Reasonably priced and they offer lunch cards.

Nice weight floor and a good selection of cardio machines. Excelent location and free classes with membership. Best bang for your buck in the local region.
