I love Suzys 7am Monday class. Suzy has a gift for letting you come to your mat and breath away all cares for the next hour. She prepares students by spending time stretching and preparing your body for the standing poses. She takes the time to demonstrate different ways to do a pose, in case you are having issues that day or if you have made her aware of an injury. I have been attending Suzys class since the time it was a 6am class!! Thank you for being an amazing instructor Suzy.
