Very Rude people ,unhelpful management staff and extremely horrible customer service that keeps you waiting for 15 minutes before you get anyone on the phone !!! I signed my son for this Gym .Got charged extra so he can cancel anytime .When we called to cancel the Gym Declined to do so and went ahead and charged 1 year fee on my CC . Be very afraid of this 24 hour fitness Federal way Gym as they are scammers . They will take your money and charge all including what you never asked for . The reason my son walked out is because this place is totally dirty and filthy . And again very very unhelpful staff .BE AFRAID !!!!!

So far, I am really enjoying this gym. I never have to wait for any machines. They keep the place clean and the staff are all very nice. I havent taken any classes yet, so Im not sure about the quality or the number of options they offer, but that is not a big attraction for me anyway since I get home late from work during the week and most likely couldnt take a class even if I wanted. Sometimes I wish it were a *little* bit more crowded so I could use some of the energy of a crowd and be a little more social. But then again, I think the reason I never see anyone, is because of how late I go.

The gym itself is ok but the billing policies are atrocious and dishonest. I wanted to sign up for a 2 month contract as i was only in state for 2 months. After specially detailing all of this to a sales rep I was still billed for consecutive months. When I tried to resolve the issue I was told a manager would call me back but he never did. I know one time billing for a certain amount of time is possible the "vision quest" now LA fitness did it for me with ease the last time I was in Auburn. I would recommend any gym besides this one as they clearly dont care about anything but money.

This gym is ran down, filthy inside, not maintained well, constant broken machines, outdated equipment, continually cutting good group classes, and the staff is either a hit or miss. Some of them are excellent, while others are just aggressive sales people. The two good things about this gym are 1) its open 24 hours, and 2) its not usually packed which limits having to wait for a machine/equipment.

Member since 2006. I just moved to Federal Way and this gym is small, dirty, smelly, claustrophobic, no air circulation, not a lot of equipment, only 1 bad squat rack. This place needs serious renovations and isnt currently worth the membership especially when compared to other 24hr fitness gyms.

I have had an amazing experience with this particular 24Hour fitness. Team members Andrew Barron James and Liz are all genuine people to work with and their customers service just shines. Even the manager Jesse is pretty cool too. Thanks you guys :)

Not bad. Need a leg extensions machine that can adjust further back for people with long legs. Not busy inside. Plenty parking. Missing a few machines and two of the 3 leg press machines make you feel like you will slip. I will go back

Every time I come here, the toilets are flooded. If they would just install working toilets, this would not be a problem. The whole place smells like feces! Theres a new L.A. Fitness coming to Auburn so Im making the switch!

A lots of equipment, and I dont have to stay in line to use it like in LA Fitness. Manager Jerry is pretty cool guy. I am treated like a person, not as customer with wallet. And it open 24 hrs.

Its not bad the guy named josh or whatever really kept pushing me to give him my frends number so he can call or whatever didnt reallly like that to much but nice gym none the less

I really do love the classes. They are so upbeat and they include everyone regardless on your fitness level. I especially love the zumba classes!
