I am a resident of Pacifica and was very excited to learn of this class being taught in my city. I looked on line and was interested in going to the Sunday 9am class so when I arrived at 8:30am with my best friend to take the class it was very disappointed that the lady teaching the class was rude and said "If your here for the 9am class your too late and come back tomorrow." She then went back to teach her class and did not even give us the opportunity to ask any questions. I was in shock and tried to call the studio to ask questions but have been unsuccessful in getting a hold of someone. I cannot even leave a message. I have tried numerous days to get a hold of them. Really unprofessional.

Ive only been to maybe 4 other yoga studios in my life, so as a disclaimer, Im hardly an expert. But I can say that this studio is far and away the best Ive seen to date. The instruction is lucid and practical, adjustments are made without pressure or arrogance, the health benefits are noticeable almost instantly after even the first session, and the classes are usually filled with a diverse group of people coming from various backgrounds..

There is only one problem here, Owner is a Patriot fan. Real Yogi would be a Denver Bronco fan. Awesome studio and students!
