Too bad !!!!!!! I want to leave my indignation, this Planet Fitness is the worst of all the country, I went through several planets on a trip through the country, but this was the worst, the mens bathroom is horrible, in the bathroom area, there is only a drain for everyone, while You bathe your feet get completely dirty as the person next to you plays phlegm at your feet. In the Massage Area, all the chairs are in trouble. There is no massage bed and gym is 24 hr only 3 days a week ...... !!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND.... Péssima !!!!!!! Quero deixai minha indignação, essa Planet Fitness é a pior de todo país, Passei por várias planets em uma viagem pelo país, mas essa foi a pior, o banheiro masculino é horrível, na área de banho, existe apenas um ralo para todos, enquanto vc toma banho seus pés ficam completamente sujo conforme a pessoa ao lado joga catarro no seus pés. na Área de massagem, todas as cadeiras estão com problemas. não existe cama de massagem e academia é 24 hr apenas 3 dias na semana ......!!!!!! NÃO RECOMENDO

Im still waiting for the refund the manager was sending me to keep from using the balance of my pre-paid April membership. We had a disagreement about who was in charge of the junk mail I should buy an internet connection to receive. After telling her for six months to stop sending me junk, she sent me a fourth survey in stead of removing me from the junk mail list. So I told her EXACTLY how grateful I was that she was treating me like garbage, in my own home, at my expense. This did not go over well with her. She told me that she was sorry that she had made me miserable and that I would accept her apology. What a professional thing to say after harassing me for half a year. I also made a deal with the guy who signed me up for my membership. I had originally refused to give him my email address citing my hatred for junk mail. He guaranteed that I would NEVER get junk mail in my email and if I did Planet Fitness would give me $1000.00 per junk mail. I havent seen a penny of the $11000.00 owed to me for junk mail, either. I wrote to Chris Rondeau two weeks ago. He hasnt responded. He also doesnt have an email address, personal or professional that I can find online. l requested that my membership be re-instated or that he pay the difference for me to go to another gym, or that he pay the $11000.00 that Planet Fitness should never have incurred. Aside from the managers stellar customer service, this is a great place. The staff was wonderful and the members were some of the kindest people I have ever met. I used to go everyday. I miss muscle tone and the people, but not the junk mail. Apparently, if you dont want junk mail, you dont belong.

shady! Shady! SHADY! The gym itself is decent, but the way they do business is horrible! I had to move back to Florida on short notice for personal reasons, wrote several e-mails regarding membership cancellation. I even tried calling their number. No answer, no response. I talked to a few friends, who were previous members, and they warned me that NO ONE EVER PICKS UP THE PHONE, or responds to e-mails. So a couple of months later, I was able to make it back and I dropped by to ask why my credit card was still being charged. I explained that I moved back to FL and tried to get a hold of them via e-mail and phone prior to it. The manager, Stella Roberts, had the nerve to tell me and I quote "We receive thousands of e-mails a day, we dont have time to go through each and every one." Can you believe that? I was infuriated! They dont have time to go through e-mails, but they are very quick to sign you up to a new membership when you come in person. They also make you jump through hoops by having you go to their corporate office if you want a refund. Its obvious they do not have a problem ripping people off. BEWARE!!!

Have you ever signed up for a risky subscription and then thought, oh my god "who have I just given access to my money?" well, thats the feeling you get here. My roommate and I signed up about 6 months ago, and for the first four the staff werent trained well enough to recognize a member on a plan the company itself no longer offers. Resulting in an inept employee scrambling and interogating to find whats wrong every time we checked in, because they obviously believe the customer makes more mistakes than the company. Besides the blatant and irresponisble lack of training on the front end, the shower is always too humid to dry off and beyond filthy. I have seen the same sticker on the shower curtain for 2 months, not to mention everything else ive found in the shower from condoms and lube, to syringe caps and what I can only claim to be fungus. DO NOT BRING CHILDREN. MUST WEAR SHOWER SHOES. BRING LOW EXPECTATIONS AND STANDARDS OF SANITION.

That is worst, dirty and fool planet fitness in the whole US. I was in planet fitness in almost all states just because I am always move for my job. But horrible than that I never was. Actually I understand that San Francisco it is dont have enough space to get a better service. Just because the city is to expensive. But service your stuff is what you can change. I means yesterday I was there. And some stuff dont wont to give me enough coin for using a massage chair. They looks like I am a homeless or prisoner. But is not. And even it will be truth I still had a member black card. Actually they give me all what I need, but the black peace on my hard already with me. And whatis salty of that history - the massage chear is damage and work wreally bad and looks older than my. Sorry for that long story, but you will need change.

Many people seem have problem canceling membership. Yet, mine went through quite smoothly which is beyond my expectation. The whole dialog as follows, " Hi, I want to cancel my membership" "Ok", scan my card and do some checking on computer. "Reason?" "Moving" half a minute later... "Sign here and you are all set." REALLY?!! This is the easiest cancellation ever in my gym experience. I was ready to be bugged with questions like where are you moving, can you still stay while we offer you some discount with their long unhappy face. This whole cancellation only lasts less than 3 minutes! Good quality, good equipment, 10 bucks a month and easy cancellation. What else can you ask for more.

The staff can be more friendly and helpful. Employees just direct you to Scan barcode and move on. Not even a friendly hello. Oh well. Straight to business with working out. The are plenty of machines available and good place to work out just as long as you dont spend time in the restroom. Restrooms and shower could use some SERIOUS remodeling. Its disgusting and smelly in that bathroom and shower area. The trash cans throughout the gym can be overseen quite a bit more!! Always see it pipe up with dirty paper towels! Oh and no Wifi available at this location. Overall, decent gym -Gets the job done but service and appearance different from what Im used to back in Florida PF
