I have been receiving personal training from Jason at this new Gig Harbor location since the beginning of October 2013. During these 5 months I have been injury free, and never overly sore the next day. I am stronger and much more fit. These guys are very knowledgeable and careful, yet motivational as well. I highly recommend them.

I LOVE my new gym. I enjoy working out with my trainer Kyle. Its very challenging but also rewarding. Im in better shape than ever after five months of training here. I love classes and boot camp. The trainers are very knowledgeable and they care about how Im doing. I have no more back pain. I feel great!!
