Lacey Learning Center is a newer facility that looks wonderful from the outside; however, the director is so rude, and completely uncaring of any issues presented to her about her establishment that I would give this place a ZERO rating if I could. The director was completely disorganized and had zero understanding of how to deal with any of our concerns, or to even interact with the children within the facility. I look at the difference in my child since being removed from LLC--and has now placed into another (MUCH BETTER) learning center; and, the difference in my childs level of happiness speaks volumes. My child is learning so much more since being removed from Lacey Learning Center. My child is so much happier, and is truly getting the care deserved. I cannot explain the very noticeable difference in my child since being placed into another facility--its like night and day! My child was so unhappy there. Largely in part because of their lack of organization which put so much stress on the teachers; which in turn, stressed out the children. Overall, I would NEVER recommend this facility to any body; especially given how dissatisfied we were with the standard of care given to my child, as well as the huge lack of respect given to myself, and my family when problems needed to be addressed! No amount of newness of this facility can outshine the directors lackadaisical, standoffish, and overall terribly poor attitude and demeanor.

My daughter went to Lacey learning for nearly 3 years. The director is very rude, rarely around. The only way to talk to her is call and leave a message for her. Usually takes around a week for her to return calls and if you dont answer that magical call the process starts again... Theyve fired all the best teachers. Unfortunately the staff there are not trained very well. My daughter wet her pants one day, the daycare did not call me. When I went to get my daughter I walked out the door on to the playground and the first thing I saw was my daughters privates!! Ms. Nadia had put my daughter in a skirt with no underwear!! There was also a lice outbreak at the daycare. My daughter hadnt gotten it yet so I decided to keep her home until its was resolved. They forced me to pay the $211 for the weeks tuition even though she wasnt there! They said if I didnt pay it should would no longer be welcome at their school... One if the teachers even admitted to me that she pinched the children because she could not spank them. I even had to report to the director that my child was coming home making sexual movements and comments that she said someone at school showed her.. In the 3 years that my daughter was there she learned many disconcerning things and terrible behaviors I am still trying to correct.

My daughter has been going to Lacey learning center for the past year and a half in the part day pre school program. She still has a year left before kindergarden. She still wakes up early on school days with such excitement to go to school. I am so happy with the level of education she is receiving and the fact that she is starting off her school career loving school. Miss Ashley is phenomenal! The way she teaches opens the childrens eyes to the world around them. At three she once came home saying mommy, do you know there are not 9 planets but only 8. Pluto is too small to be a planet! When we go on vacation all we hear while we are away is that she wants to go back to school and back to miss Ashley. Everything in the class is a lesson and no learning opportunity is missed. I am happy to say my son will be starting in the pre school program in 8 months. Again I am looking forward to watching him grow in miss Ashleys class, and our next few years that we will part of LLC.

Lacey Learning Ctr is by far the best childcare center either of my boys have ever attended. Sending an infant to childcare can be a very daunting task, but the staff at LLC made it painless for our family. My infant blossomed in ways I could not imagine thanks to the love and care shown to him by all of the staff members at LLC. His teachers helped him with everything from developing his motor skills, crawling and walking, to teaching him basic communication and infant sign language. All of these skills have helped us tremendously at home. For parents with separation anxiety or military members outside the area, the watch me grow system which allows you to observe your child in their classroom from the comfort of your pc is excellent. We were truly sad when the time came to relocate and take my son away from his "daytime parents". Id recommend this center to anyone.

My Son has attended Lacey Learning Center for over a year now and I have nothing but positive things to say. He has moved from the Wobbler room to Pre-School 2 with success. He just turned three and knows his ABCs and can count to 20 on his own. The Director, teachers, and staff are very helpful, upbeat and overall wonderful. I feel very safe and secure leaving my son here daily. Liz at the front desk is great and greets me daily with a smile. Watch Me Grow allows me a sense of security to watch my child from work. My husband also watches him while in Afghanistan. Another plus is the parenting classes they teach evenings on potty training and behavior. They have taught me a lot. Take a tour and get on the waiting list if needed. It will be worth it.

My baby is 8 months old and it was his 1st day... He was there for 2 hours.. they stuck him on the opposite side of the room all by himself and just let him play alone.. and then he wasnt fussing or anything and they picked him up and put him in a crib (not his crib) and let him scream until his face was beat red... and then finally picked him up and forced him to sleep with his bottle at 930 am..and Stuck him back in the random crib that wasnt his.. and when I picked him up he was gasping he was crying so hard!! He isnt going back!!

This is a great childcare center. Over the last year Ive had kids in the Toddler, Preschool 1, Pre-K, and Kindergarten classes, and all the experiences have been great. My kids are celebrated and loved, and I have developed great relationships with the teachers and assistant directors. The facility is nice, nestled in a quiet neighborhood with little traffic and surrounded by trees. The classrooms are large and bright, full of great activities and learning toys that are rotated out regularly.

We absolutely LOVE LLC. Our daughter started when she was about 6 months so the transition was tough but the staff, even management, made an effort everyday to help her become more comfortable. She is almost one now and can do some sign language, which theyve taught her! I cant explain how amazing these group of people are!
