So far my family & I are still fairly new to our experience with Mini Skool. However, they have been more than welcoming, professional, and pleasant. When I came for a tour, the director, Angela, and several of the teachers were highly sociable and my daughter, Harmony, clearly felt at home. Since then, it has not changed; Harmony is always excited to see a teacher or staff member and the feelings seem mutual. Initially, I had anxiety about male staff members, being a single father of a daughter. Now, from observation and interaction I am convinced every staff member there is suitable to care for my daughter. A lot of things at this center speak volumes to the individuals involved. They have always been as understanding as possible, even when my punctuality is sub-par, or Harmony is being especially ornery. Harmony herself only has one complaint: "NAP TIME!" haha. In all seriousness, I am thoroughly impressed with Mini Skools curriculum, conduct, and security protocol, among the several other pleasantries associated with parent-teacher interactions. Weve been here 2 1/2 years and I cant really imagine going anywhere else (without spending an exorbitant amount of money). Running and working at a child care center is a HARD JOB!!! There will always be ups and downs. Angela is always open to feedback, and will bend over backwards to address concerns. Everyone here has worked very hard to keep up with our unique demands (cloth diapers, vegetarian diet, etc...). I appreciate that so much. We also visited nearly every day for the first 6 months and they were open to that too. My toddler loves the staff here, she tells me so ALL the time! They do a ton of activities, songs, games and reading. She comes home in a great mood almost every day. Shes made some good friends here. Miss Erika is wonderful and patient with the kids, even the naughty ones. She seems to have a great handle on a classroom of little ones, and thats impressive to say the least! Yes, germs go around, but no more than any other school or daycare. Probably even less.

We have all three of our kids here and couldnt be happier. This place is so wonderful. The infant room is so clean and happy. Every teacher is someone I would personally hire if I had a choice. Rachel and Lenore are exceptional with the infants. Felisha, Erika, Stephanee, Tiffany and now Crystal take amazing care of our 2 and 5 year olds. The meals are healthy and keep our hungry monsters fed so well. Brenda and Angela are the directors and have made this place a true gem. The kids love it here and we are able to work our jobs knowing our kids are thriving and well taken care of. They also have several large outdoor play areas for the different classes. We really like that its a center vs a home daycare. There are many eyes on things and there is coverage if someone takes leave. We cant say enough good things.

Some of the teachers are very nice and caring. Most are not. They are under staffed. WA requires a childcare provider for every four infants. On one to many occasions they have had one person with 8 infants. Meanwhile a group of staff members are gathered around the kitchen discussing low class stuff. I have seen them push a baby down by the head and continue holding their head down telling them to nap. I have heard them snapping at toddlers and seen them roughly tugging when they dilly daley in the hallways. If you take your child here hope you get one of the good care providers, but really monitor their care, as you should anywhere you take your child.

They let employees work at this place that have open and on going CPS cases along with DV protection orders from things they have done to there own children. If you cant take care of your own why would I let them take care of mine. As well most the staff does not have any records with the board of licensing on the Washington web site. I would never trust the people here. I pulled all 3 of my kids once I found out this had been going on. The only good review is by the VP of the corp, who is in AZ not even in the state seeing what is going.

I would like to comment on the reviews provided for this school. This school is wonderful and so are their staff. The management team, teachers care and show it each and every day. I know sometimes people who work for schools leave and are disgruntled but it should not be a reflection of the whole picture. Take time to meet the team, you wont be disappointed!

I am very pleased with the quality of care my daughter gets here. The staff is very accommodating to our dietary needs for our daughter. I love the new kid reports app to keep track of daily activities. Im a pretty tough person to please and I cant imagine taking my daughter anywhere else.
