Disappointed!! Would not recommend. I noticed a few of the "teachers" grumpy and gloomy by the time 1000 on a Monday hits. So I would pay attention to see how or if it got worse. It did. By mid week personally I noticed two kids fall on their face, one resulting in a bloody mess. Both of these could have been prevented had the "teachers" been paying attention. Numerous times after checking in on the cameras I would noticed the personnel sitting down on the floor back turned to the kids. I would notice personnel scolding a child until they noticed I was around then try to act sweet to them. The main reason I would never recommend anyone to Kiddie Academy is that I do not feel like my child was truly safe. After falling an bumping her head Being bitten a few times myself and my Wife show frustration asking to see the video of the incident to see why this kept happening and to see how the personnel was handling it. Instead of sitting us down and showing us the video. We were given a expulsion notice. Sighting we were making the personnel feel uncomfortable. They had the nerve to say they felt uncomfortable when its my child coming home with bruises and bit marks. So we were kicked out without even being able to talk with the owner or anything. So in my option there is something on the videos that shouldnt be seen. My guess its the same thing I personally saw first hand. Their heads do not stay on a swivel. I was even told one day sometimes kids stick their hands through the fence and grab rocks and eat them. Really!!!! How incompetent can you be to let that happen. Why is there rocks to grab? How do they have the time to do it? Why did you think it was so ok an common to say that so freely?

Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, I have visited twice once had a tour with the owner the other time with director assistant who was not very friendly. We didnt make a appointment because I believe you see true colours when they dont know you want to visit as they are unprepared. My husband was not I mpressed with it at all the children looked bored in the pre-k class and both time was given conflicted information for inrolment and the curriculum which put me of, my child is very smart for her age so want to find place that she will be learning more not playing that she can do at home. However one time we were offered a spot the other time not. What stricken me the most that assistent director looked in my face and lied that the owner was not available that she is out even I sow her sitting in her office, seriously why do you think people are dum. And then sends me email saying oh I am sorry but this time we do not have a spot available, which was again a lie. I personally do not understand the fact you avdvertise but then you are not interested. You think you are the best in Lacey and I totally disagree, your teaching methods are poor from what I sow both times and after talking to you pre-k teacher realized that you do not have a curriculum like the owner sold on. Perhaps you should train all staff to say they same info thats is not conflicting.

I am so thankful for Kiddie Academy. After my daughters last daycare, i was hesitant about putting her in another. She attended her last center for over a year, i still cried during drop off. Within 2 weeks of going to Kiddie Academy, she adapted and no longer cried. Instead, she was excited to go to "school". She has learned so much and every day comes home and tells me all about her teachers and her friends. I love how educational it is, yet fun enough to keep the children interested. Her teacher genuinely cares for her and that shows every day. Its very reassure to know your child is in good hands. The "Watch Me Grow" is also a huge bonus. I love that my family is also able to log on and watch my daughter throughout the day. We dont have to worry about missing anything because we can check in on the cameras. Ive seen many daycares, and Kiddie Academy is hands down, the best one i have seen. I would recommend it to anyone looking for child care.

My wife and I hesitated about putting our child into a daycare. Then we heard about Kiddie Academy of Lacey from a friend who had their child enrolled there. She said that we would love this place and that they would make us feel like family. So we headed in for a tour. We instantly fell in love with the environment and the staff. They were all so friendly and so informative. They have so many different themes, hands on activities and curriculums that would reach our sons individual need. We decided to enroll him. We have been enrolled in Kiddie Academy since August 2014 and it was the best decision we have ever made. Our son has flourished so much emotionally, educationally and socially. Kiddie Academy has most definitely exceeded our expectations and we will be recommending them to every parent that we know. This truly is a family oriented, caring, loving and all around wonderful educational experience for parents and their children.

I spent the entire summer babysitting my new granddaughter. As it got close to time for me to fly home, I searched for a childcare for her and came across Kiddie Academy. The moment I pulled in front of the school I was in awe. The entire facility is amazing. Staff are very nice. They gave me a tour, and before I pulled out of the parking lot I called my daughter and told her I found a daycare. When my daughter went in for a tour she was amazed at the entire facility, staff and enrolled her on the spot. My grandbaby has been there now for almost 7 months. And she has flourished. Also they have watchmegrow and it enables me to watch her from 1000 miles away........Thank you Kiddie Academy for taking such great care of Brooke.

My son has been with Kiddie Academy for 3 years now and he has made such strides! He has had the same preschool teacher since he started and she is amazing! Kiddie Academy is very lucky to have Ms. Mary Lou as one of their teachers. I love her open communication to parents about their children, whether it be positive or negative. Its always constructive and helpful! All of the kids are happy to see her every day as she is the kids! All of the other staff that I have encountered in the school are wonderful as well! The girls in the front office, the food service woman, and all of the teachers are always very welcoming and helpful!Thank you to all of them!

Kiddie academy is a wonderful child care facility. Everyday I get to enjoy my child telling me what she is learning. Everyday Ill ask what she is learning or what she did today and Since she has started at kiddie academy there has been more conversation on her behalf. she is excited with the activities that she does and they teach her educational lessons. Over the summer so far my child has enjoyed going to kiddie academy. She is t stuck in a room all day. She gets to go on field trips all the time. The staff is always friendly and smiling. My interactions with them has been pleasant every time. I would recommend them to anyone with kids.
