I wont recommend this place to anyone. Our daughter were in there for 9 painful months and we are soooo glad she is no longer there. We were actually pretty lucky that during the 9 months, she had a great teacher. But most of the staffs are unfriendly. You can tell that a lot of the teachers are not happy in there. I didnt realize how bad they are until we moved her to other day care. I used to have to watch my daughther crying when I dropped her - for the whole 9 months. Now, I drop her with ease, my husband actually has tough time to get her out of the class because she wants to stay and she is only at the new day care for a bit more than 1 month. Also, we almost got "accidental" charges twice, watch out with your $$$.

Dedicated center director and staff. Plentiful and fun outdoor play areas. Rooms looking great with recent remodel. All meals and snacks provided. Mild chaos at some times, but lots of happy kids all the time. Good curriculum and variety of activities. Safety a top concern. Room layout in toddler and infant rooms is slightly unorthodox, but is actually quite useful in allowing staff members to support one another and keeping the groups of kids connected. Have had a little one there from three months old. Currently 1.5 and we would be very sad to leave. Hes learned so much and has a lot of people, both big and little, that know him and care about him there.

This whole center is so disorganized and disrespectful. They dont know what they are doing. They schedule things and then at the last second cancel. Parents spend money and the center doesnt provide a fun experience. I have seen the kids both at the school and when they are out on events at the parks. They are not treated with love and respect. i have been around kids a long time and many of the other day cares are fine. Kindercare in Kirkland is great. Just Northgate and downtown Seattle on 8th are not what I would expect or want for my grandchildren.

The worst place ever. Dont send your kid to them. My son was 3 years and half , and was there for almost 9 months and he just cry every morning every afternoon they dont care they dont feed him enough he got lice from the other children and they dont care. I hate this place , bad manager , I just had bad memories from this place. I feel bad about my son in that time I could not find another place because I was a student full time.

My son has been here for a year and we are very happy with site and staff. There is communication between his teachers, and the site director, the lovely Ms. Alex and me. I chat daily with at least one teacher there to grasp sons day. My son enjoys his friends and teachers, there has not been a day where he didnt want to go. I can go to work and not worry about my child all day.

Both of my children were at Norhtgate KinderCare until they were almost four years old. The staff is amazing. They truly care about the kids and are excellent communicators. Management is wonderful and incredibly organized. I recommend this location to all of my friends.

Our daughter has been going to this center for over two years and we have been very happy. Some of the teachers have been there a long time and I love that they have a large playground both covered and uncovered so no matter what the weather the kids can go out and play.

At dropoff time its chaotic and not a good experience dropping of your kid. A strange layout with some big rooms( lots of kids in one room). Looking for a new place. One toddler.
