Seriously, find someone with a personality or at least a work ethic to be behind the counter. It took me 25 minutes to get out of the store, there were literally no other customers shopping, and all I needed was the obviously undertrained employee to open 5 word documents that I emailed to their print center email, and print them. They were short documents, small files. I even sent them one by one to help, since opening multiple attachments was too difficult, emphasizing single sided printing...FINALLY, he hands me my docs, printed double sided. He doesnt apologize, he didnt smile once, and I dont think he even looked at me. Thanks for making me late to an appointment after making me pull my hair out!

The copy and print center was awesome last night, 8 June, when I came in to make some large night prints. From the time I walked in to the time I left or was nothing but friendly employees making shopping easy. The pretty supervisor rang me out even though it looked like she was busy doing closing procedures. Dont go anywhere else. Thanks.

They are very friendly and helpful here. I needed to make a return and didnt have my receipt. The assistant manager Jon Chastain was able to look up my receipt and issue me a refund quickly and without any problems. I also print a lot at this store and they are always fast and courteous.

These folks went above and beyond to make sure I wasnt paying too much for my order. I had a 500+ page doc to print and bind and they went through every page and marked some as color and some was black and white, so I wouldnt have to pay full color for the entire doc.

Recently found out they ship USPS as well as UPS and FedEX. Lines much shorter than the post office too! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff to boot.
