I cannot give this company a great review. They have a lot of good reviews, and some indicate they do great work at a good price and for fairly substantial orders. I guess this place is more of a "bigger job" than "smaller job" place, because in five attempts at using this company I have yet to have a job accepted or printed. And, the interaction with the company I have had personally has been off-putting. Locally owned (I think) and operated are no excuse for zero customer service or tact. So, I guess three stars for being great for those who you accept as your clients??

Over the years, I have worked with printers from all over the country. G&H (GandH) Printers are now my printer of choice for posters. They are FAST! (Amazingly fast!)! Good at what they do and hugely affordable. They arent very chatty, but they get the work done. Their connection to Keep Posted really helps my performances get the notice I want. They also take files through email attachments so I only go in to pick up the stuff. If this were an amp, I would turn my recommendation up to 11. GregRobin

This printer is unhelpful, and rude. I was working with Kevin, who was short with me, and extremely unhelpful. When I asked questions I was only answered with very trite remarks. I asked for a service that many other printers have been extremely gracious to give me, but this one stated, that they did not have the software to do it(I was able to do it in a PDF reader). I highly recommend that you do not rely on this printer to be able to help you, if you choose to use them.

Prices and print quality are great, they can usually turn around a print order within a day or so, and they can print pretty much any dimension for you. If youre in a rush or need to pick up your order outside of regular hours, they do their best to be accommodating. That said, their service is a bit old fashioned (theyre not great on e-mail), but so long as you dont expect the handholding of a larger (more expensive) print shop, then you will be very happy with G&H.

Ive been using G&H to print small books and calendars for over 20 years. They are friendly and take the time and the extra steps to be sure the the process goes smoothly. The quality of the printing is tremendous and the prices are great. My only caveat is I wouldnt say they are fast. I can get a faster turnaround from a copy shop but without the quality printing and the personal service.

Quality of the printing is great. No complaints there. But they have no customer service, no website and no way to place an order or get a quote online. Thats a problem that is going to catch up with them soon. Turn around is pretty fast, but you have to get specs and order details over the phone and sometimes they dont answer.

Always a great service. Fast turn around and good prices. Only slight complaint I would have is their business hours. Its hard to pick up your order if you work any type of regular 9-5 Mon-Fri job. I usually have to scramble to find a friend with a different schedule to pick them up for me.

Been working with G&H for years for fliers, info sheets, cards, and other paper printing products. Friendly staff, great service, and products always come out super! Pricing is reasonable as well. And there is usually a cute dog in the shop that makes going in even better.

Great work, amazing turnaround time, no B.S. My only complaint is their lack of a web presence. Finding their contact info can be tricky, but after several amazingly fast, quality, and affordable orders from them, they have a customer for life in me. Keep it up guys!

Absolute rip off and horrifically rude. They charged me $3 for 6 pieces of paper I did not even want printed. They are rude at best, insulting and callous at worst. Run, dont walk, away. An employee yelled at me for not having cash.
