I had a less than satisfactory experience. I asked a clerk if they had small wall calendars that started in Jan instead of July through June. He said no, Im afraid we dont. Thats all-didnt try to help me find something else suitable or if they had one online. At checkout, I had a ruler that had no bar code on it and the girl went wanted me to go get one that did, when there were two or three clerks standing around doing nothing. So I said no, one of them can go. Lastly, she was impatient when I couldnt get my email typed in correctly for the receipt and said lets just go back and choose Printed, and she went ahead and did that before I could even respond. Being a senior, I dont appreciate very young workers with no sense of customer service.

I am never one to write a review but I feel like my experience todat was by far one of the best I have ever experienced and needed to be shared. Joe, the assistant manager, went way above and beyond today to help my fiance and I print an obscene amount of stuff for our upcoming wedding. Not only was he patient with us, he went well above and beyond to make sure our invitations and rsvps were nothing short of perfect and he formatted everything for us. There was no headache involved and he was so professional and gave some of the most stellar customer service I have ever experienced. We cant thank you enough!!!

Copies, laminating (from business card size up to posters), all kinds of printer paper (even 3 hole punched), fill-in certificates (covers & gold seals for them), 3-hole binders in all sizes & colors (get those projects & genealogy organized), plastic storage bins in assorted colors, school supplies, office furniture, pens, pencils, and markers. I feel more organized just visiting the store. Lots of different printer ink cartridges also. Located behind Safeway, between Pier One store and Pet Smart, across from the Bed and Bath Store (get even more organized!).

Went there to return a printer that I bought at a different Office Depot. Was treated like a theif by some 40 something year old jerk that worked there. He refused to take the return. Told me to take it back to where I bought it from.

Pens Journey

I came in here, and I can tell an immediate difference in customer service between this location, and the one I went to in Tacoma. Don and the crew were welcoming and friendly as I was trying to navigate through the store.

Horrible company. I have to go to the original store to order my business cards since their computers are not connected to other stores. So I have to either travel 30 miles from my new office or start over again.

Needs some remodeling. Flooring is old white tile that is chipped and discolored. Wall near electric panel has something funky on it. Customer service at shipping desk not very good, need more staff?

Hats off to Jose and the other gentlemen on the floor. Really helped to select the appropriate printer for our business. They even suggested a price match to save us even more money.
