This company knows about customer service. I had gone through two other online label printing companies who advertised themselves as being able to do custom labels. After a few days of going back and forth, providing art work and such it became obvious they could not do the job. They would not tell me this so I had to just walk away. Rose City Labels came recommended from a co-worker and when I called them for help all of my problems dissolved like snow ! They quoted excellent prices and completed the project well within the time frame I needed it done. Very friendly and professional staff all around. I can not say enough good things about this place !
