I had a fantastic experience with Brown Printing. The prices are about what I would have paid elsewhere in town, maybe a bit lower, but it was the service was excellent. They were easy to communicate with, they delivered the brochures right on time and were very aware of my deadline since I was leaving for a trip. Both Mary and Tim treated me very well, and took every possible step to make sure my brochure was printed beautifully. If I had had it printed anywhere else, I dont think it would have come out the same. The cover stock paper is also a plus, and less expensive than at other printers. Ill go back to these guys for sure. :)

Brown Printing consistently comes in with the most cost-effective bids, so I use them almost exclusively for my client print work. But thats just the first reason I continue to work with them. Theyre always willing to spend extra time preparing estimates, generating prototypes and prepping files to make sure what you get is exactly what you expect and whats best within the project parameters. These guys are great! I did a lot of shopping around to find a good deal, and among the local sources that I checked, nobody could beat their price for my project. But price alone is not a good reason to choose a printer! The brochures look fantastic, and they were even able to rush a portion of my order for an event less than a week after the order was finalized, which they did not charge me extra for. Our first experience was very positive - they were willing to work with a very picky standard weve established for our greeting cards, and made several adjustments, all the while remaining helpful and professional. The finished product turned out very good. Laura especially was great about getting back quickly with quotes, adjusted proofs, etc. Ill save the "5 stars" for our next interactions if they continue to be excellent.
