I would highly advise any parent to seriously think twice about taking their child to this location. When I first started taking my daughter here about a year and half ago, there was a great promise of a “caring and loving environment”, that “nurtured the kids, and worked with the parents to ensure a great experience all around”. BS! And of course the “Director” at the time who sold me this crock was eventually let go for embezzlement at a secondary location. So you see what kind of people we are dealing with here. Communication is NOT an asset that anyone in this facility recognizes. My daughter has had a new “teacher” for almost 2 months, and I still don’t have a clue who she is, what her name is, what her background is…NOTHING. There is never any communication about any of the changes that are taking place. The Pre-K class has no class direction, no pre planned studies….NOTHING. The turnover at this facility is beyond belief. There are only two out of about 8 different teachers that have been there since I started bringing my daughter to the facility. Everyone else has been replaced 2 to 3 times in the last year and a half. This does NOT make for the “caring and loving environment” when the faces and names keep changing. The owner, Abas, is rude and maybe the worst business man I have ever had the displeasure of meeting in my life. He refuses to listen to the parents, especially the ones he is not found of. I have brought several issues to him in the past and he dismisses me or will relay the “tough to handle issue” to his director Toni, who honestly couldn’t handle her way out of a wet paper sack. I am thoroughly disgusted with this facility, and I will ensure that I take my disgust to other review forums outside of this one to ensure that any truly informed parent has the opportunity to make a truly valuable decision…AND NOT TAKE THEIR CHILD TO THIS LOCATION! I cant believe its taking me this long to write this... My daughter attended this daycare starting February of this year. I wasnt to pleased to have been bringing her here after a couple of times I dropped her off but I didnt have any other option at the time. My initial concerns, the teacher, as a mother I just didnt have a good feeling about her at all. The facility was dirt, there was cleaning chemicals were always left where children could easily reach them. There was kids from time to time hanging out in only a diaper (no, socks, shoes, nothing but a diaper!) I was also told that they had a "preschool setting" and I soon found out that it wasnt. At times the secretary was hanging out with a baby and sometimes some kids were just hanging out on the floor with her up front. ....no guys not done yet! On May 12th I went to pick my daughter up and I happened to walk in at nap time... as I am walking to their class room I see Stephanie pick up a child, flip him over, making him slam his head on the floor so hard you could feel the floor move. I was so angry and frustrated, I honestly didnt say anything to her. I grabbed my child and left there as soon as I possibly could. As were leaving I saw a pretty good scratch my child "apparently" got from a rock that she had picked up and put in her pocket during their playtime outside. I called them and let them know she would no longer be attending immediately after that. I soon found out that there is a website (Washington State Department of Early Learning) that you can research the licensed daycare up, I wont say anymore and let that speak for its self of this facilty. PARENTS- Please do your research before putting your children in any one elses care.

I was excited about bringing my son here because it was so close to my school (Edmonds community college). My sons teacher would sometimes be rude and in bad moods. I dont know if she was having bad days but it made me uneasy about leaving my son in her care. The first week there I picked him up twice with a diaper so full it was leaking through to his clothes. The second week there when picking up my son one day he smelled like poop. I asked to use their changing table before leaving and he had old dried poop stuck to his but. I knew then he would not be returning. I talked to the staff and let them know that my son would not be returning later on that night via the phone because u was way to mad to talk to them in person. As a parent I am sure you understand why. Thats a definite form of neglect. I wouldnt recommend.

Its taking me this long to write this review. Worst place ever!. I worked there. Staff were to aggressive with the kids one staff member slammed a kid down cause they wouldnt sleep. The facility was nasty. Water went out one day and the boss didnt call parents to pick them up. The kids used the toilets one after the other when the toilets didnt flush. The big boss treats his employers poorly. As well as the kids I would never reccomend this place to anyone!. They fed the kids the same stuff and lied on their dailys. Would not keep the kids hydrated! Would give them water with dirty cups!. The toys they had were from goodwill! So unsafe. All and all dont work their an deffently dont bring your kids there!

My son went there when he was 4, he absolutely love it there! I was very impressed with what he was learning. They were even teaching him sign language, which I thought was awesome. The only reason I left was I gave birth and they didnt have room for two children, so we had to chose another daycare. Now that my oldest is in school, I would definitely consider bringing my youngest back!

My son went there for about 3 years. Never had a problem. Then my daughter started going there she is only one year old. Then I would go and she would be so dirty everyday. Then she came home with a bit on her back and then a 3 bit mark on her arm. I dont if there are 2 teacher in the room how can they have more then one bit mark. Had to change daycare.

My daughter does really well here. They do a lot of fun activities during the summer and she has a great time being there before and after school. I have had a few concerns that my husband and I have brought to the owners attention and everytime we do they are addressed. I do agree that there is a lot of turnover but where isnt there??
