As a mother of 4 and grandmother to 8 I thought my child rearing days were over. Silly me. I was blessed with taking care of 2 of my grandchildren. What could have been a daunting task of searching for a daycare for my 3 and 6 year old grandboys turned into a blessing. I could not have found a better place for my kidos. The Director and Assitant Director made registering and settling in so easy at a very stressfull time, I cant thank them enough. The teachers there are so wonderful with the kids I cant imagine ever taking them anywhere else. The facility is clean and bright and the teachers and staff are so patient and loving with the kids. My 3 year old talks about his friends and his teachers all the time. Everytime he gets a new toy or something he can share with someone its always I am going to show this to my friends and teacher! I am not sure who has more fun, the boys learning and exploring or the wonderful feeling I get when I come in to pick them up. Thanks to everyone at the Federal Way Childtime for making the time I am away from the kids stress free as I know they are in exceptional care! Hugs to you all.

Happy grandparents:) Bob and Marylu -Sept. 2, 2011 As first time grandparents, we just wanted the best for our Emily. We were unhappy with the daycare our daughter had our granddaughter in and we talk her into letting us find a new daycare center. We hunted everywere in Federal Way and we found Childtime Learning Center. We took a tour with the Asistant Director and we were very happy with what we saw. First thing my wife notice was how clean it was and how friendly the staff were. Our grandaugther inmediately wanted to start playing with everything she could get her hands on. Our daugther enrolled Emily over 6 months ago and we feel this is the best thing we could have done for her. All her teachers are wounderful, Emily seems to love them all specially Ms. Chong. Emily has a special bond with this teacher. She talks about her all the time to us. We can tell that Ms. Chong really loves and cares about her toddlers. If you are looking for a great daycare this is the place to go, you wont be sorry.

HORRIBLE PLACE! with the exception of one or two great teachers. I used to be a teacher at this center. They do not care about your children, they care about your money! RABIA, the Center Director, is very rude to the children! She will walk through a room yelling/threatening THE CHILDREN (instead of following the common sense things like talking to them at eye level, and not embarrassing them & calling them out in front of the entire class). She has a horrible demeanor towards her staff. The curriculum sucks because its rarely done. All the good teachers left to other companies because the Learning Care Group Corporation does not support the teachers. Just remember this when you tour the center, "You get what you pay for!", and "The teachers work what they are paid... which is MINIMUM wage, so you are getting the MINIMUM!"

My son loves coming here! We only come part day however he asks all day long if its time to go yet! He loves Ms. Evelyn and Ms. Rina and enjoys the social interaction with the other kids! Hes hard to understand with his speech issues but none of the kids make fun of him for it in fact they pride themselves on helping him talk better and tell me all the new words they taught him (even though most of the time he already knows the word :) ). The director Diana is wonderful and super helpful with any concerns I have! My son adores her and talks about her all the time! His favorite thing to do is to go tell her "Hi!" as soon as we get there and she always stops to say "Hi!" back and ask him how he is! :)

I drove by, decided to stop in and take a look . As soon as I was greeted by the staff I was immediately told that I needed to move my vehicle from the parking spot because it was for loading and unloading only (it was a Handicap parking spot and i have a permit.) . When I asked where I could park to come take a tour of the school I was told to park somewhere else and walk over. I ultimately decided not to go in and two are the school because the lady that had greeted me was extremely rude. Its my hope that with this review the staff takes more time and care to greet their potential new customers.

It is amazing how an upset teacher or parent can take their stress out by writing any thing ...you can read the frustration ...as a parent my experience was great..happy ,supportive and professional.Staff was welcoming and loving,Rabia was the only long time director there who tried her best to keep up the standards and finally left...

My son is in the infant room and always seems very happy when I pick him up. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and have been that one from the first time I walked in. The staff I have dealt with seem to enjoy what they are doing and never seem overwhelmed or frustrated. I am very happy with my choice in this center for my child.

I LOVE this school. The teachers here are amazing and I have always felt that my daughter is very well taken care of. I had previously had a very bad experience with a daycare and the staff here was warm, welcoming, and made me feel like I was leaving my daughter in good hands. The curriculum is great. I would definitely recommend it.

Do not take your child here unless you want insufficient care provided by underpaid and untrained staff. Do your child a favor and look elsewhere!
