I was terrified of going back to work after having my second child. My son hadn’t been to daycare a day in his life and I wanted my children to spend the day in a happy and safe place. I couldn’t just send them anywhere. I was talking to my friend about my fears and she mentioned the Goddard School on 192nd in Vancouver. I am so glad that she did. The Goddard School is amazing, I have peace of mind knowing that my children are being well cared for when I can’t do it myself. My son is 3 and I think his favorite day of the week is Monday; after two days of not going to school he can barely contain his excitement. He loves going to school, he loves his teachers and friends. I am always amazed at how much he is learning in school. The teachers at the Goddard School are incredible and are always doing new and interesting things with their students. My son can’t stop talking about all the wonderful and amazing things he did at school each day. It is truly impressive. My daughter is in the infant room and the teachers there are so incredible. I feel so confident leaving her with them each day. They have so many different things that they do with them each day, things I would never have thought of to do on my own. They truly engage the children each day. I can’t say enough about the Goddard School. I can’t imagine sending my children anywhere else. I don’t think I could have gone back to work if I hadn’t found the Goddard School, they are truly a blessing.

Our son has been at Goddard since he was 6 months old. (He is 2 1/2 as I write this). The attributes of this particular Goddard school are many. Like any parent, my sons education as an individual is first and foremost. This is continually achieved through the excellent play based curriculum. The owners and front staff are not only approachable, they go above and beyond to make us feel involved and like family. They involve parents and often ask for input in addition to an open door policy. The teaching and float staff are exemplary and very in touch with the individual child. Several out of the box special guests are treats for the children, puppetry, reptile man, pony rides, halloween spooktackular and movie nights to name a few. This school is a community, a family and as such the respect for one another is evident in my sons actions even at his young age. He is more advanced than others who are not fortunate enough to have the insightful caring education Goddard Vancouver is providing him (and us). Our next child will be attending this Goddard school as well.

My kid used to go to a Goddard in a different city before moving here. My kid goes here now - all i can say is that this is an "okay " school. It seems like just any other daycare except more high price for the same degree of care. I spoke to quite a few people who sent their kids here before, who told me that the school was much better before under the earlier management. With the new management, it seems very clinical and business like. I like the fact that it is very professional - but when kids are concerned, I believe it is necessary to have a personal touch.Having said that, it is still better than most other schools in the area - and I desperately need daycare so i have to settle for it. If I get another alternative - i would change care without batting an eyelid.

My children have attended the Goddard School in Vancouver, Wa. since they were 11 mos old. The peace of mind and confidence I have in the school enable me to be successful at work knowing my kids could not get better care anywhere! The owners run the program in a very professional and organized manner with great communication to the parents. The director of education ensures that the kids are being enriched with each and every activity and doing this through a play based curriculum that is joyful for my kids. The teachers show my kids love and caring each and every day while challenging them to learn and grown. I know I could not get a better start for my kids and this will serve as the foundation to make them life-long lovers of learning!

The Goddard School has exceeded our expectations! From the day we walked in to tour the school we have always felt welcome and that this was the right place for our son. We were pretty apprehensive with leaving him with "strangers", but all the teachers and staff made the transition for us extremely easy and peaceful. As new parents we couldnt ask for better people to take care of him while were at work. We are so grateful for everything the Goddard School has to offer: the great curriculum for all ages, the wonderful teachers, the awesome art projects/gifts we get to bring home and even the first day welcome bag. I highly recommend this school to anyone looking for a safe and educational environment for their kids.

Our daughter has attended since she was 18 months old. Our first teacher sealed the deal with our Goddard experience. She was the best teacher, loving, respectful to the children and a joy. Every teacher since the beginning have been fabulous. Our daughter loves school, she has so much fun learning, socializing and just being "at school". I sincerely hope that the rest of her school experience is as good. Sadly this is our last year, we will miss all of you very much. Thanks for making our experience wonderful as a student and parent. The front staff are incredible as well, I love the communication with them. Kudos. I am always recomending Goddard to anyone I talk with that have small children!!!!

I am a teacher here at the Vancouver Goddard School and cannot speak highly enough about the program that we offer here. Every day as I walk around the halls of the school and look into the classrooms I am amazed by seeing how happy and engaged the children are as they interact with our teachers and activities. The program accomplishes to the utmost all that it is designed to do as it allows children as much freedom as possible to express themselves, explore and experiment in their environments, and develop socially as they make friends and learn valuable life-skills. I highly recommend the Vancouver Goddard School!

We have two children at The Goddard School, one almost 2 years old, and one 4 1/2 years old. Prior to The Goddard School, both of our children were at an in-home day care. When we were forced to change providers, we heard about The Goddard School from a friend and have not turned back. Our children are very well taken care of, and we see everyday how much they are learning. Having to switch care providers is a very scary thing for every family, but as soon as we walked into The Goddard School, all of our fears were erased. Our children love to be here!

Im a parent of two Goddard kids (one of them now in first grade, the other still currently enrolled), and I can honestly say putting them in the Goddard Program is one of the best decisions my wife and I could have ever made. Upon my daughter entering kindergarden, and again when she started first grade, we were both amazed with how prepared she was thanks to the curriculum at the Goddard School. And our son, who is still a student at the school, is well mannered, intelligent and an absolute joy to be around. If only everyones kids could be Goddard kids!
