My 19 month old son attends here. Yes they are busy (its a day care facility and a rather large one) yes there is a smell (umm hello babies go here who poop in their pants) as for dirty, well I wouldnt say dirty, but there are children there. Toys are on the floors as exepected but I dont know about other parents but no matter how I often clean it looks as if I never did because of my baby. So yes, you will see toys on the floor because children are at play. BUT they love your little ones like their own. I had seen so many baby sitters/ facility centers and the vibes from Ms. Lori and Ms. Amanda gave me that mothers intuition that my baby would be ok here. All of the providers are amazing in the toddler room (where my son is ) they send me updates, pics and all of them are very patient with me with my every day phone calls when I check on my son (literally, I call everyday) I am sad he will be leaving, and the only reason he is no longer going to be attending is due to funds as I pay Day care out of my pocket and my husbands schedule switching which saves us money. Other than that I have to honestly say all the workers uphold high integrity in what they do, they cuddle your little one when they are sad, upset or just need cuddling (my baby is a bit of a crybaby and mamas boy, especially during departure time) . And as an over protective, over worrying mom. I knew no matter how much I worried I knew he was in good hands. I plan on staying in the area and in the future if things change I know this is my 1st choice.

Wow. First time seeking child care for my toddler and this place may have scared me into going back to being a stay at home mom. First off, the smell! Very stuffy and crowded in there. What Im assuming was a mix of employees and parents were just crammed into a small waiting area in chairs covered in blue blankets. I am not formally greeted. They open the door for me and just state until I tell them I had a tour scheduled. After being ushered into a small office that looked like it belonged to a hoarder, I was asked to fill out a questionaire while a lady continued to have a lengthy phone conversation on the other side of the desk. After apologizing and introducing herself finally off the phone, "Miss Lori" proceeds to tell me I showed up at the wrong time. Then calls my daughter a name that is not her own, assuming we were completely different people. Yes her later appointment had the same first name as me and she should have confirmed last name first. After explaining my part time work schedule and the fact that I receive DSHS assistance for child care she told me that Kindercare does not accept part time at all. Basically you have to work 40 hours a week to send your children here. Also DSHS children get put into a lengthy wait list so that parents who can afford $240 a week in that dump can get in first. I was so put off by how filthy and smelly this place was that I declined a tour. Extrememwly rude and inconsidwrate staff. DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE!!
