I have had my child there for roughly just over a month. I think they look out fairly well for the welfare of the children as well as make sure to keep parents updated. Both directors have not only been very flexible but, kind and very informative. They have also been patient with my situation individually. As well the original morning and afternoon teachers my child had there were wonderful. That said, I did have a bad experience with the new morning teacher. She is inflexible, seems to undermine the directors of the facility in the way she chooses to address facility rules with parents an example being I brought my child in late one day due to a vehicle break in and the director walked out of my daughters classroom, greets her and goes on her way. When we get in the room, the teacher informs me she is late and they do not normally take children after a certain time. I made clear that the director just met us in the hall and didnt seem to find it an issue to bring up, that I was never informed of this and that if this were the case why was I informed of the flexibility of this facility by the AD when I first scouted the place out? I specifically chose this place because of the learning environment they promoted and because I needed flexibility not only with drop offs but pick ups and even mid day visits because I am a student and a Security Contractor. Further, during this verbal exchange one of the younger children in the classroom hit my daughter as I walked in with her, and rather than address the assault she would rather inform a parent of trivial rules that were never established nor were they in the provided parent handbooks. I like the facility but, this new teacher needs an attitude check and to recognize her place when dealing with parents and undermining her supervisors.

My child went to this daycare, but not for long! They were always so rude to me when I went in to pick him up, they acted as if they were better than me and I did not appreciate it! One time we went out of town for a week and right before we left I took in a whole brand new box of wipes and tons of diapers. When we got back from our trip we only had 3 diapers left and the box of wipes were almost gone! Now I am not rich so there for using my diapers and wipes on another child I think is just wrong! It is not my responsability to provide diapers and wipes for other children. I also remember when I took the tour at the center they lady told me baby food and formula were provided. I thought wow thats great! Washington gives each center money to buy things like that for the children! Well guess what...they didnt provide food nor formula while my child was there. & the worst part of this all is that my baby is a very good baby and many people have agreed with me. He never cries unless hes hungry or wet. (like most babies!) Well a couple times he came home with brusies on his little thighs and I was not very happy about that! At first I thought oh maybe he was on his tummy or something but progressivly they got worse and worse until finally I had enough and took him out of that center! If you want good child care DO NOT GO TO KINDERCARE!!

This is the worst day care Ive ever felt with. My child has gone here for about 6 months and I can say its been nothing since down hill with the new rude director . she doesnt even know what she is doing or talking about half the time making up stories. Obviously I should have been filing reports against this day care for months. And just today after not sending my daughter for a week looking for a new day care they decided to tell me they terminated my childs day care because I had gone and looked at another day care and was talking about switching so here I am no day care with no notice as to where to take my child tomorrow while I work because she no longer goes there and is not set up for a new one. At this day care things such as my daughters thumb nail getting ripped off with no notice sent home just my daughter showing me. Or just 2 weeks ago i picked my daughter up from her class room with a whole in the croch of her pants the size if my fist. So she had been walking around who knows how long like that no phone call they could have simply given her different pants but of course not. Let me simply say do not hesitate to call CORP on this daycare center or the director because Im disgusted.

Love Mrs Dianna, Leah and Amanda. The Staff is friendly whenever i pick up my boys. They are very supportive to work with my oldest and his listening skills. They actually came to the hospital when my son was hospitalized to visit and check on me. I know both my kids are taken care of. The staff works with me if i am unhappy about something. To me i would rather have someone work with me if something does happen compare to blow it off. They have lost a few good staff members i adored. I do have my favorite teachers though, you can tell when my youngest is excited about seeing certain staff member he is taken great care of.

The staff are overwhelmed with too many children, inexperienced and appeared disinterested in doing a quality job. Because of this the children are neglected, filthy and left to fend for themselves. My child did not attend for long due to the poor care received. It was truly a parents nightmare! If you are looking for a great daycare, this is NOT it. Just take a look at the number of valid complaints listed on the Washington State Department of Early Learning website for this place. Avoid this place for the sake of your children!

This place is horrible. I had bad experience when my kid went there. Neglect is a big issue. Plus they ignore kids who are being bullied then punish the bullied kid for defending themselves. This is not a safe place for any kid. They also wont communicate with parents. They will tell others picking up a child about whats going on but never tell the actual parent. I highly recommend not placing your child in this dangerous place. For their mental and physical safety, look else where for child care.

As a new mom, the though of daycare is terrifying. Ive been so please with the care my son receives from the infant room. Mrs. Dianna, Ms. Dori, and ms. Fitima are incredible. They truly care for my son and his needs. I get updates, pictures, and sent home with the feeling that he got the best possible treatment the entire time he was there. The director has been AMAZING at answering my (million) questions. Overall: very pleased.

The director and staff are constantly changing at this location. They hired someone there who a couple months prior to being hired tried fighting me IN THEIR FACILITY ,cussing and screaming in front of the kids that go there and then put her in MY sons classroom and they all knew about it. lmao this place is a joke.
